Be careful with this application. They charged me for auto renewal even i cancelled it before trial period expired. Imagine, i have been paying since August 2025 fro 38.95 euros a month. i never check my paypal account but i noticed that ACTITECH SL. keeps on charging me every month. I wasted almost 467,40 euros in total and they will never refund as they responded to my complaint. Such a TRAP. If theres a ZERO, i will rate them 000000000000

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. The personal plan is offered based on the information you provided during onboarding, but you can always adjust it in the Plan Settings.
To switch your plan to Chair Yoga, go to "Plan Settings" > "Plan." From there, you can choose whichever type of workout plan you'd like. After you make the change, the app will provide you with a new 28-day training program. If you need any further help, please contact me at amelia.support@yoga-go.io with the subject "TP review"
