This is a scam

This is a scam! I don’t recall agreeing to pay anything. I downloaded the app and decided it was not for me. Apparently, it charged my account $53 the first time and within 2 weeks charged my account anothe $45 and than now I just got a charge in august for $53 again! I did not authorize and it is not in my Apple subscriptions. They have refused to give me a refund!

Scammed

Scammed. f there's a negative mark, that would be my rating! I signed up to check if its the one I needed, after careful consideration, I cancelled my subscription right away since it doesn't suit me. Today, I just found out that I was charged twice of their monthly subscription rate. I contacted Google for this and they said they are unable to process the refund because the money was released to the appdev already. Google directed me to the appdev. The appdev on the other hand insists that they won't be able to issue the refund because it was paid via Google Pay and so it should be Google who will process the refund. Poor app, Poor customer service! You know very well I haven't used your app at all! Why not issue the refund? Google provided me a link and asked me to submit a report and file a complaint against the app for it to be taken down if they insist on not issuing the refund, which I just did. I'd rather donate that amount to someone in need! I diligently pay for subscriptions I use but not for the ones I don't! So I will continue to write negative reviews about your app in Google and Trustpilot and all other platforms to warn people how poor your customer service is! Even if your app is not good, I would have considered you for an alternative but after all these??? You can't handle people not taking your service, that you can't even issue the refund! I felt like I was scammed into signing up.
