Awful. Ordered a teddy bear for my son for Christmas. 7-12 days it says it would arrive. Waited 3 weeks no communication, I sent multiple emails and message through Facebook, Instagram etc just tu be ignored. They then cancelled my order and said it was upon my request when I never requested to cancelled just asked for an update on shipping. Dreadful company and no communication whatsoever
