Yodolla stated they would automatically deduct 50% off my refund if o shipped back the furniture. I was well within their 14 days as well. Still had everything in original boxes unpacked. Terrible business practice. Would not recommend buying from them.

After sharing my experience with YODOLLA they reached out to me with apologies explaining that there was misunderstanding and they offered me half of what I lost for product I didn’t even use just because their return policy doesn’t match the prime price we are paying in Canada.
I accepted the compensation also I mentioned clearly that I will remove the review, they replied,,,,we will process the money once you remove the review.
It’s so obvious that they don’t care about the customer at all.

The customer service I received was great. Experienced a few minor glitches in the beginning with missing parts but yodolla was quick to send them. Full cooperation throughout my purchase.

Pros: Fast, polite responses. Cons: Any damage claim gets redirected to Seel (third-party protection). Seel ignored all my emails and portal submissions. Yodolla admitted shipping likely caused the damage but still refused to help directly. “Contact Seel, and if no solution, come back to us” – vague and frustrating. Not worry‑free.

I recently purchased a pergola, and unfortunately, when it arrived, it had a dent and several pieces were missing. I contacted the company by email, and I was genuinely amazed by how quickly and professionally they handled the situation.
Their customer service team listened carefully to my concerns, responded promptly, and made the entire process stress-free. In no time at all, they arranged for the replacement parts and sent a new product to resolve the issue. The communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt informed and valued as a customer.
What impressed me most was how smoothly and efficiently everything was handled. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its products and takes customer satisfaction so seriously.
I am also extremely pleased with the patio chairs and table I purchased. They were easy to assemble, look fantastic, and have made a beautiful addition to my patio.
