My parcel was delivered on time by a very helpful pleasant man

Please please check when ordering which courier company they use because if it is yodel inpost YOU WON'T RECEIVE IT!
Ordered and company arranged for a home delivery, never got it! First day they said there were issues with my address, so I phoned them, there wre no issues. I was told it would be delivered next day. Next day same thing, issues with address please phone, so I phoned same thing. This time I was guaranteed a delivery next day. Nothing, no tracking updates, nothing. Phoned them again and was told it was under investigation. Following dat received email saying 'Following our investigation we are unable to reach a definitive conclusion' !!!? and advised me to get a refund. So basically it was STOLEN. Beware YODEL people.

Very bad never gets sent and always lost with yodel or in post all the time
Terrible company when are you going to take pride in your service!
What can I say live plants delivered into your charge 11.50pm Thursday evening told the address was a bad address even though WE could read it !delivered this morning Monday 14/09/26 replacement hanging baskets tossed around in the box plants half in and half out of their baskets and in the bottom of the box not seen daylight or watered, shame on you my dad is 92 and will never buy anything again that is delivered by you ! Wish I could post photos!
You should avoid this company at all…
You should avoid this company at all cost. Every time i have had any delivery by Yodel it has been late or failed all together. This time was no exception. I received an email stating when my delivery was due. When the delivery didn't happen i logged onto tracking to find the driver unable to deliver. I was home and have a doorbell so know they were lying. The only options on the website was to redeliver (which never happened int he first place) to a neighbour or leave in a safe place. Since I didn't want the hassle of calling them up used the "safe place option and leave behind my bin.
The next day i got an email saying again my package was out for delivery and an expected time slot. I was also in this day and have a doorbell camera but once again the deliver never happened. Tracking stated again the driver was unable to deliver so this time i called Yodel direct. Your first contact Yodel is some AI agent which was capable of giving no help whatsoever but at least but at least it did put me through to a human who could understand something as basic as nobody has attempted any deliver to my house. I got an apology and a promise they would investigate and get back to me. Three days later and no reply from Yodel, The tracking info updated to "On the way - Slight Delay' however the tracking info they gave to the vendor i bought the idem from stated "We have your parcel but need some additional information from your sender"
I now have to wait three more days of before i can claim a refund for this item and order of somebody who used a reputable carrier. DO NOT USE YODEL FOR ANYTINTG. THEY WILL LOSE YOUR ORDER AND LIE TO YOU!!
Unreliable service and pure vandalism — they intentionally destroy our parcels!
I am absolutely fed up with the terrible service provided by. Yodel It seems that every time a seller ships my package through this company, it turns into a complete nightmare.Parcels are constantly delayed, but what is worse is the condition in which they arrive. Around 95% of the time, my packages are ruined. Plastic bags are ripped open, boxes are completely torn apart, crushed, or smashed. They manage to destroy absolutely everything. It feels like they intentionally take out their anger and frustration with their lives on our belongings because they hate their jobs. They even manage to break heavy metal items! Recently, I ordered a heavy, welded metal Wellington boot rack meant for outdoor use. It was incredibly sturdy and solid, yet these people somehow managed to completely bend and twist it, as if they had run over it with a heavy truck or a tank! You couldn't do that kind of damage even if you kicked it with all your strength. Fragile items never survive their delivery at all. When you try to get help, their customer support is non-existent — you are just forced to deal with useless automated bots. It is completely unacceptable to run a business with such a total lack of care. I am doing my best to avoid shops that use this service, and I advise everyone else to do the same. Utterly disgusting and shameful!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
This company is a awful
This company is a awful, I paid £5.99 for next day delivery only to have an email to say delivery attempt failed. Honestly I have ring doorbell no delivery attempt was made and I was at home. Rang inpost to see if they could get their driver back out and explained I have video evidence to prove no attempt and all they did was say sorry get in touch with your supplier
Delivered to wrong address
Delivered to wrong address and no contact information on who to contact due to this
No attempt delivery attempt
Got an email to say that there was a delivery attempt. There was in fact NO attempt made. No knocking on the door or even a car or van parked outside. I contacted their customer services (InPost since they're under the same company now). The delivery driver claimed to not be able to find the property which is something I have never had a problem with before. The customer service agent was super helpful but not happy with the no attempt delivery attempt.
One star is far too much
One star is far too much
Should be -10
I ordered something from Very 11 days ago and Inpost have still not delivered
Boycott Inpost if you value your time
Parcel should have been delivered…
Parcel should have been delivered today, waited and watched the tracking info until it said they couldn't deliver. Had to ask what was happening to be told the driver "couldn't locate the property" although it's a standard town address easily findable. Total rubbish now having to wait again.
YODEL sent a message that my parcel…
YODEL sent a message that my parcel will be delivered on August 10th between 11am and midday (12 noon). With no delivery by 1530hrs, I phoned YODEL and was advised that I will get my parcel latest at 9pm . At 6:30 pm, I phoned again only to be informed the parcel will be delivered within the next 24 hrs. I live alone and was compelled to stay indoors the whole of today waiting for YODEL. As it stands, I am not sure the delivery will come tomorrow. YODEL delivery service is nothing short of appalling. My phone conversation showed the adviser does not care about the customer satisfaction and they could not wait to get you off the telephone.
Yodel has went from the best courier…
Yodel has went from the best courier service to the absolute worst when they switched to In Post. They give you zero information about tracking! All I ever get is Oops there is a delay! I used to switch the day of delivery in 2 clicks and it was always done and arrived on time. Now, I don't even know the delivery day give or take 2 days. There is no way to change the slightest thing other than leave with a neighbour. In this day of age , this is just unacceptable. I now refuse to buy from any company who use this service of delivery.
Disgrace Of A So Called Company & Driver!
I noticed they dont respond to any reviews so that tells you a lot.
I got a text to say delivery will be between 10am to 12 noon. They are never on time. I have been in all day as got it delivered to my address for today.
By 2.15pm and no text I go to track parcel and says its been 'delivered'.
I went on InPost live chat (Yodel InPost delivery), after I chat to a robot, I was put through to an agent named Muskan. They told it has been delivered then they sent me a photo within live chat. I said they have left my parcel outside on the floor in the street and it isnt even the main door to my block of flats as the window of door is broken and the council put a white piece of mdf to cover it. I said the parcel is nearly £55 for my Nieces as a gift. I said if he could send me that photo to my email as I would have to report this to Very (on my tracking says delivered but no photo). The agent said I am unable to sent it to your email. Then he just left the chat. Like WTH!. I reported it to Very. I re-ordered the same items for my Nieces, but this time to a shop that is an hour away, and I do not drive. I just hope I get my parcel the second time around?, and I hope I get a refund from Very?. Yodel the whole experience is disgusting. If Very are going to use Yodel then after this I wont order from Very again!.
Still as useless and hopeless as they always were
So they changed the name to In Post because the Yodel name was poisonous. Nothing's changed. The damn fool driver who delivered my item couldn't be bothered to ring my doorbell or knock the door. Just left it outside in full view of anyone walking by. It could easily have been stolen before I noticed it. I would think they employ illegal immigrants who can't speak English. That might explain why they don't want to engage with the the person receiving the delivery even to the extent of handing the parcel to them. And they had the f***ing nerve to report it as left in a safe place.
My order is currently on day 16 of not…
My order is currently on day 16 of not being delivered. Yodel have lied about attempted delivery, lied about item being refused by addressee. It has been at several different warehouses, returned to sender several times and I don’t expect to ever receive it. When I saw yodel was delivering my item I groaned as this is not the first time they have been useless. I don’t understand how they are in business.
Very bad service!
I have complained to Yodel before but nothing changes!
Not for the first time, my parcel was left by a bin outside my property near a road!! Just luck that my daughter saw it. No idea how long it had been there because I had no notification from Yodel to say it had been delivered! Tracking just said " cant find parcel'! I have had qiite heavy parcels thrown over a high fence where they burst open! I could go on!
A useless delivery company!

Service care don’t care they lost my parcel they tell me its not there fault
I was supposed to do the job for them I suppose
Then then they tell my parcel will arrived i lost a day of work then at 6 pm i call them they said me to wait 48 hours more at the end no parcel
ZERO stars if i could
ZERO stars if i could - and here we go again - how's this for tracking (especially since no-one has contacted me - and yet still sending it out for delivery!) You know where our house is you just can't be bothered - if you do not want to deliver to rural areas then don't! But for goodness sake stop taking business from companies delivering to us - just tell them you don't deliver to this postcode and they'll go find someone (Royal Mail have no problem finding us!) who will. I actually believe you are in the process of sending it back to sender - no-one has been anywhere near our house - I can absolutely guarantee it.
