Yodeck is simple to set up and manage, with helpful tutorials and an easy-to-manage system. We've already integrated multiple screens with different playlists for our front office and warehouses across multiple locations. I love that I can manage content from anywhere in the world and push it for immediate display.

We've been using Yodeck for 5+ years now for digital signage at multiple facilities. When researching companies, after much deliberation the easiest choice was Yodeck. Pricing and simplicity were the selling points for us.
We had around 8 Yodeck players up and running within a week. I only recommend Yodeck going forward to any friends/colleagues that are looking for a digital signage solution.
Although you can't judge support until you utilize the product, every interaction I've had with them has been great. We had some a few minor issues in 2024, but each ticket was resolved in the first chat session.
Top digital signage platform
I looked at several digital signage options and chose to go with Yodeck because they offer SSO for their admin portal, the portal is user-friendly, so it is quick and easy to learn, which was a must for us since we have non-technical users managing the content that we put on our digital signage.
Easy to use, super great experience.
The ability to manage multiple screens, users and content all in a single place makes the experience extremely worth it. I'm no longer needing to do some strange workarounds to get content to display off a web or file server. It just works now.
Yodeck for Schools!
We have been using Yodeck for over a year in our middle and high school for general announcements to be displayed on four TVs located in various locations. Yodeck makes it so easy for me to update and control what is being displayed for the students in a safe, secure platform. When we did have issues at first customer service was amazing at helping us and making sure we had it set up just how we needed it to be for a school district.

Yo deck is pretty good. Very simple but has alot further to go. I wish they had a automatic image resize tool and wish connecting apps was alot more easier. But for the money it dies just fine!

The team at Yodeck had me at hello. I was very excited to have my first digital display at the nonprofit I work at, yet I was hindered by the cost and my lack of knowledge.
Once I found Yodeck and purchased my first display, I was ready to get started. I ran through all the set up help available, yet still had a time getting my display up and running.
I scheduled an appointment and had a live session with one of Yodeck's premier team members. She walked me through all of my issues and I was up and running.
Every time I have a hiccup (which is rarely), I can get with the team and my questions are answered in a timely and efficient manner. The Knowledge Hub has a plethora of information that can pretty much walk you through any problem you have. If not, just schedule a walkthrough with a team member.
The versatility of Yodeck is amazing; we now run seven players in four locations. The ability to share the setup with other departments, each making their display their own is a bonus for us. All of the involved staff love the product. We are in a residential recovery program and our residents love seeing themselves and events that they were involved in show up on the big screen!
Thanks Yodeck for making the world of Digital Displays accessible to those of us who cannot afford the big, fancy systems...
