While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Worst customer service ever. Bike never unlocked due to rust but still logged on the app as active from last year , now have an £800 bill! emailed them photos on the day and multiple times since with zero response. Avoid at all costs. Really worrying
YoBike has the most pathetic customer service. They announced that their service has started during the pandemic. Couldn't find any of their bikes nearby and they are not refunding me the credit that I added. They're not even replying to my messages.
Would rate zero stars if possible. Yo bike is currently not operating due to Coronavirus but have not had the foresight to announce this anywhere in their website or app. I signed up without realising this and added £10 credit it to my account. They are now ignoring my messages requesting a refund. Bad company with poor communication and poor customer service.
