Terrible experience! When I received the items, I just couldn't believe because they were far from the images presented on the site. They were similar but the colours, the texture, the quality, and the lace fabric were totally different! On the website, the address is shown to be in England but items came from China. More, to send them back, I would have to pay a return shipping back to China with an exacerbated cost!!! For sure, I was deceived, but it was the first and the last time I bought on this site!

I am raging at these *scammers*. The pictures have nothing to do with the crap one receives. They don't have stocks and deliver (some) in partials. Their tracking is absolute rubbish or fake. They refuse to accept cancelations even after a month of waiting. They deliver incomplete items. Like I said the quality is the worst i have ever seen. All look China origin but even in the local Chinese stores you pick up much better ! Don't buy, they are scammers.

I just wrote a long negative review about the quality of clothes this company sends. The pictures look wonderful, but the products look nothing like what they send. I tried contacting the customer service address to email them and it only says cannot connect. So how do I return these horrible products`. I am going to stop payment on this company because I used my credit card, and that is the only thing I can do since I have no way to talk to the company. I am so disappointed in this company.

I bought a summer dress that was described as 100% cotton. I got it 6 weeks after ordering it and saw that it was !00% polyester. I tried to give feedback and it wouldn't accept it unless I gave them 5 stars.
I found a website that calls them a scam site and I agree. They probably fulfil just enough orders to seem legit. Won't buy from them again.

Usually you run the risk of receiving a cheap imitation version of the nice merchandise you see on the website. Based on my purchase experience I got both shirts different and very poor quality than is on Yivette webpage. After many correspondence I got answer that is too late to return items. I asked to change description of items that in their website are indicated as "blended cotton" , but in reality is polyester. No reaction, so my money was thrown away unfortunately.

Apologies for the length of this review but I have never experienced such bad customer service as I have from this company.
I ordered some clothes in January 2021. After quite a few weeks I received one item and was informed the other items would be delivered separately. By March I still hadn’t received anything so had an online chat to find out how much longer I would have to wait and if it was going to be much longer I’d prefer a refund. I was told that once items have been dispatched I couldn’t have a refund and they gave me 2 tracking numbers so I see what was happening. When I checked these numbers, it showed that delivery had been attempted, but failed due to an incorrect address! Bearing in mind I had received one item already it was obvious that they had put the wrong address on the package. I contacted Customer Services with this information and requested a refund due to the length of time I’d been waiting. I was told that until the package had been returned to Yivette I couldn’t get a refund. Again I waited and in April tracked the packages again, only to see that it had not been updated. I contacted Customer Services again, and asked for a refund, only to be told the same thing, that until the package was returned to them, nothing could be done. I made an official complaint stating that if I didn’t get a refund, I would have no choice but to take the matter further. Obviously their response was the same as the previous responses, No package, No refund! By the 20/4 I’d had enough! It was now 3 months after I ordered the items. Luckily I had paid for the items using PayPal, so I raised a dispute via them. Yivettes response to this was that the items would now not be delivered or returned to them due to the high shipping costs and I would not receive any refund! BUT as I was a ‘valued customer’ they would offer me a 25% refund. They had the audacity to ask if this was acceptable. Obviously NOT! I told them that as a VALUED CUSTOMER I wanted a FULL refund. Their response was again, due to the high costs involved, they wouldn’t get the items back and could offer me no refund, but offered me 35%. Again, not acceptable. It was not my error that caused the failed delivery due to an incorrect address, as I’d received one item already. Bearing in mind that their responses throughout all of this were that the address was incorrect and even on the Track and Trace it stated FAILED DELIVERY- incorrect address, their final response to this dispute was that it was actually my fault and that I hadn’t collected the packages in time. I’d received no notification of an attempted delivery and that I had to collect it. Nor did the Track and Trace say it had been delivered, so this was a blatant lie! They did however increase their offer to 50%. After this, I had no option but to raise a claim with PayPal, who have looked into this and have decided that I’m due the full refund I’ve been requesting all these months. Absolutely appalling way to treat customers. I also want to mention that when I initially went on their website it was in Spanish so presumed, as I live in Spain, the items would be delivered quickly. It later became apparent that the company is listed in the UK, but the items are shipped from China. I’m just glad I paid via PayPal and thanks to them will be getting the refund otherwise I’d still be banging my head against a brick wall. Be careful when ordering from this company.

Decided against ordering from this company after spending a few days reading the reviews, what really put me off was the fact that the majority of the people who gave 5 stars have only ever posted one review.... I have learnt that if something smells off, it usually is.....

It is a fraud. The pictures are not from the company, and the products you receive have nothing to do with the picture. You don't even get your money back as they tell you to pay the backshipment from Europe to China. If you ask for a refund the maximum they pay is 15%.

Finally arrived.... EXTREMELY disappointed.... the coat looks NOTHING like that in their photo's... even the colour isn't like it.... and their was only one colour... it looked like a vibrant dark lime colour... what arrived is bottle green and the material is AWFUL.. In their photo's it looks like a cotton / wool mix quite a lot of fibres.. what arrived is like a cheap non fibrous cotton blanket material.
The same with the jumper & cardigan I ordered... colours & materials do NOT match that of their pictures.
I wish I could post the photo's I have taken.
I will be complaining to the company and sending them the photo's.
I think I have wasted a lot of money... my dogs will be happy as they will now have new bedding!!

Dreadful. After waiting two & a half month for the clothes to arrive i was very disappointed. The fabrics are horrible & sinthetic the clothes are badly finished. I know the prices of the clothes are low but they are not even worth that.
The clothes are nothing like the photographs. The jumpers which looked “woolly” in the photos were made of thin sinthetic fabric. A total waste of money. Dont be tempted like i was because the clothes look wonderful. They are nasty fakes copied from the photos.

It’s a scam site! I’m waiting since 2 months for an order and they always send me the same reply to my messages that it’s on the way. DONT ORDER THERE! You’ll not receive anything.
Update!! Since I can’t reply to Yivette comment here below! Im doing it here again!! I’m writing them every week and I’m still not getting a correct tracking number. Also they told me they won’t send me a refund because the package is on the way (YES FOR ALMOST 2.5 months I’m waiting now)!! It won’t arrive that is clear! Again worst company ever!!

I bought 6 items from them: the order was split in two and the first part (4 items) never arrived because their logistics provider stated that “there was no name on the doorbell or postbox”. The proof that this statement was utterly false (there is a name, big and clear, so much so that I regularly receive deliveries from Amazon) is that the second part of the order (2 items only) was regularly delivered 10 days ago.
They insist I should get in touch with the logistics provider in my country, which I did on the phone: they said the delivery option chosen by the seller is the cheapest, and doesn't include reshipment.
As the items quality is really terrible (they stink of mould, are made of rubbish materials and are all misshapen) I keep asking for a refund and Yivette keep replying the delivery company had provided a "valid comment" and sending me copy-and-paste messages.
Utterly disrespectful, plain cheats.
They should be taken off the business.
