Yippee tv is affordable and they post new shows on a regular basis keeping Yippee fresh and entertaining. We do wish they had more movies for family movie nights but we recently found Heidi and we love that series!!! We also love Super Book!!!

We don't use YouTube for kids anymore as it's not to be trusted with what content they are accessing when we as parents don't pay attention. I feel relaxed when they are using Yippee. Lovely content. Very happy with it and easy to use.

Great content, app needs work
The content is great! The app could use a bit of work. I have to close out of the app if I look at anything else on my phone. The auto play feature also doesnt work very well. Unless the app is on and my screen is on, it will not auto play. So if I want to put on some Yancy music videos for the kids that are only a few minutes while im making dinner slapstick stories, I have to keep opening my phone or keep my screen on. Also it would nice to have a favorites section, easier ways to make playlists, or some better categories or way to search for shows. We've used yippee on and off for four years.

It sounds like you might be using an AirPlay feature from your phone to your TV. While AirPlay is a fantastic option, our Yippee app is now available natively on all major smart TV platforms (like Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, and many Smart TVs directly). If your TV supports it, using our dedicated app on your device often provides a much smoother experience with better feature integration, which might resolve the issue of the app closing or resetting when you use your phone for other things.
Regarding the autoplay feature, you're right that it can sometimes be tricky! Autoplay functionality can actually depend heavily on the specific device you're using. While it can often be toggled on within your device's settings for most platforms, it's currently not supported for Tizen (Samsung Smart TVs), Xbox, or Chromecast. For playing shorter videos like Yancy music without interruption, have you had a chance to explore our Compilation Category? This might offer a more seamless way to play continuous content that you're looking for.
We also love your ideas for a favorites section, easier playlists, and enhanced categories – these are excellent suggestions that we're always looking at as we develop new features. But we might suggest maybe these have been missed as we already have a number of these suggested ideas on our app.
