Order didn’t arrive, you use an unreliable courier. I did receive a full refund though, as this isn’t the 1st or 2nd time I’ve had issues with the delivery, you’ve lost a customer, you don’t listen to your customers so why should I continue to support Yfood.

My repeat order arrived quickly and safely and without any issues. Having a subscription make it so easy to reorder and to not forget. Thanks yfood.
Fast delivery. Vegan options. Delicious taste. Not powdery at all like some shakes.
Good product with a lot of protein, tastes good too. BUT they have a lot of sugar so not ideal if you're using these as a meal replacement to drop weight. Huel has hardly any sugar so I would argue they're better.

Rotten sour milk constantly clotting, separating and turning into yoghurt.
Quality is HEAVILY dependent on which batch its come from. I have been ordering this on subscription for maybe a year - never before have I noticed such a wild inconsistency of product quality. The texture ranges from being as thick as yoghurt to thin and watery, and the taste varies between heavy artificial sugar, leftover cereal milk and something that you smell and do not trust. Almost sour.
Ive stuck around hoping some form of reliability would start happening but it seems to just be the way YFood put their products out. I complained about this last year and was assured it was a “one off”. That statement has shown itself to be false in my experience.
Edited to add details seeing as the customer service gave me a salty condescending reply

I bought these to see if they would fill me up so I wouldn't snack between meals. They do exactly what they claim, they provide the nutrients and protein that I want and they taste delicious. I will definitely buy more.
Delivery and poor communication , box had been left outside for 5 days in heat unsafe to consume

Messed up all 3 of my orders. No refunds. Disgusting customer service.
I’ve spent £200 and have the wrong flavour I could not get replaced. Currently sat in the bin as customer service won’t replace.

Really nice, prefer these to Huel to be honest. Easy to order but the best flavours run low fast unfortunately. Delivered in a couple of days. Helping me with replacement to eating during the day at work. I just hope to be able to get the flavours I like on my subscription.
The drinks are tasty and filling, some flavours like Chocolate i found sickly, thats down to personal choice. All of the flavours I had, had 500 calories if I had a criticism it would be that.
Delivered the wrong order then when I complained and ask for the correct order they ask me to prove it.
They wanted pictures of the wrong order order before they would send out the correct one
Been using them for years but now looking for a new supplier

Their website didn't take my discount code so when i pursed it's taken the full amount of money for my order and then customer services did nothing about it which i found awful
I will not order again coz it's not worth the price. Smells odd and some flavours tastes like baby formula. Not thick enought to fill you up as a meal
Package arrived in time and safe
This is the only point its not just 1 star

Very pleased with product there lovely and thick l love the taste of them.
I'm on the wegovy injection and sometimes find it difficult to eat something. I've tried huel chocolate milkshake drink and found it very powdery. So I tried this one. Much better. Nice taste and easier to digest
