I ordered a custom ring, and it turned out perfect. The engraving is very precise, and the size is just right.

I brought the humming bird jade necklace for my daughter. the quality is fantastic and it looks stunning.
the delivery did take a couple of weeks but from China to the UK its good.
I am really happy with this and will be using them again

The ring came today and it is very nice. Unfortunately, it was days after it was supposed to get here and did not arrive in time for the ceremony. If you order WAY in advance for when you need the product, I’m sure you will be pleased with your purchase.

I can’t comment on the quality of their product nor their shipping speed because I have yet to receive my item. The only thing I could comment on is their customer service. I have for days tried to get some sort of information on the status of my order. I receive a generic message that they will answer my question within a few hours but that has yet to happen. I am beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate business or if I got scammed.

I ordered an initial necklace from YFN; it was customized according to my requests and includes warranty service.

I ordered an urn necklace for my dog who was hit by a car a few weeks ago.. it's been 2 weeks since I placed my order and it still says "awaiting shipment"... I'm gonna give it another week and if there is no update I will be going to the bank and requesting a transaction cancellation :(

Ordered self fill ashes necklaces. It was fast and efficient service. They are really lovely and well made. Very happy with them. Will be ordering more from them. Very good value for money.

I will tell you so far that my experience with this company has been horrible. I ordered something 10 days ago. It is still processing. I cannot get a hold of anybody. Every time I write a message in their contact customer service message thing it tells me they are on a break and they will get back to me as soon as they get back to work now. This has been the same message for 6 days. I am ready to report them to the better Business bureau and I got to get a hold of my bank to cancel the transaction I'm ready to report them to the better Business bureau. This is a ridiculous company based somewhere that they will not answer their customers when they have a problem. So screw this place. I will never do business with them again

Terrible service. 2 weeks and they still never sent my package. They kept saying wait 1-2 more days, but it never came. Never ordering from them again.
