Order not delivered
It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my order.
This isn’t the first time this has happened.
I was told there is delays with Royal Mail deliveries however that’s not true as I placed an order with another company on Wednesday and received my order today ( delivered by Royal Mail)
I have been a loyal customer for years and I am now making the decision to never order again as it’s just causing unnecessary stress.
Luckily I have been able to get a refund from my bank.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service
I've been in an Instagram conversation since June. My 2 orders were placed on 30th June. I still haven't received them. Today is Monday 14th July.
There have been different reasons as to why I've not received them. I've asked for a refund, and get told it'll be sent out to me. I keep messaging through insta. I've been told that I'm the only one with this issue. This weekend she messaged letting me know all outstanding orders have been sent. I asked for her to send me the tracking details, and I've had no response.

Hi Sam, so sorry to hear you've had a issues with recieving your orders. Due to affordability, we give the options of standard and tracked shipping. As you opted for the non-tracking option, there was no tracking details to provide you with I'm afraid.
Some areas are notorious for misplacing parcels, but we do apologise.

Great product
I ordered the reversible large bonnet and I love it. It’s very comfortable and fits nicely without slipping around while I sleep. When I wake up, it’s in exactly the same place it was the night before. Delivery was fast and I loved the personalised note that came in the package.
