Very poor quality and even worse…

Very poor quality and even worse customer service…buyer beware!
Bought the wife a Yeti Recovery Ice Pod Bath for Christmas as requested. Turned up as expected, no issue here. We finally got round to setting this up 1st Jan, for new year, new intentions and all that. Used it nearly every day in January, maybe missing 1 or 2 days, but not staying in it for long, as new to this and it being January, we’re talking 10 - 20 seconds a day. Came to have my morning dip 1st Feb and the top ring had deflated, found the pump out and it was quickly apparent that the seam had gone, a 10cm hole had appeared. I took a short video and emailed Yeti, as clearly a manufacturing issue, the first response, I was told to patch it with the supplied repair patch!!! Which was a reply I was not expecting and was never going to work due to location of the hole. I did still however try this, and as expected, was wasting my time. I contacted Yeti Recovery again and was told that I was outside of my 30 day warranty. Now, clearly a 30 day warranty is extremely poor on any product in today’s world, especially when marketed as state of the art, cutting edge technology, unparalleled craftsmanship, satisfaction guaranteed etc, but I had literally only used it for 31 days. Tell me of any other company that wouldn’t replace this on warranty immediately. There isn’t one. Yeti recovery is clearly some tin pot company ran by a common thief somewhere out there and not the UK by the looks of it. It’s a nameless, faceless business, no address, no phone number, and they have not even got the decency to replay to emails with a name. I would 100% steer well clear of these crooks. I hope Karma catches up with them sooner rather than later. AVOID.

It doesn’t seem the best quality but…

It doesn’t seem the best quality but I’ve not been able to set it up as they forgot to include the pump, they won’t even send one out because I told them after 24 hours. Poor customer services.

Do yourself a favour and buy a lumi.

Ice bath delivered perfectly but once…

Ice bath delivered perfectly but once the inflatable top ring burst at the seam, the customer service was awful. Constantly asking for more detailed photos of the problem until they stopped replying altogether. No reply even when notified that I will be reporting them.

Very delayed delivery but product is good

Ordered on 25/08/23 and didn't receive until 15/09/2023, customer service was good both times I contacted about the delay and refunded my delivery costimmediately. Its just a shame it took so long. The ice bath is well made.
