I needed a virtual landline for my new business. Made an enquiry which was answered quickly and everything was set up by the end of the day. Outstanding service.

Totally Exuberant experience with Yestech. I switched to them after 10 years with a different provider and the service was impeccable. Not only the service was great but I am paying half of the price which is doing great savings to my company. Especially Ian is absolutely Tenacious and gave us First Class Service by putting us on Cloud. Highly recommended

Absolutely the best company around.
I have used them for 7 years previously then sold my taxi business.
Now starting again and needed to recover an old taxi phone number and they have sorted it for me in a short time.
What ever your needs they can do it at a reasonable cost with professionalism and great back up support.

Ordered two VOIP phones for our start-up from Yestech after a recommendation from our accountant who also uses the company for his practice's telephony needs.

We've had an absolutely flawless service from start to finish from the people we've dealt with there, from sales to accounts and particularly tech support, for whom nothing is too much trouble.

Immediate response, never left hanging, always a solution within an hour of an enquiry. The Yealink T53W phones work perfectly, with crystal clear reception. Delighted with everything.

Yestech were very helpful in sorting out a voip phone for an elderly relative that has gone into a care home. They went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly.

Very responsive and efficient service from YesTech, who got us working from home with a fully operational phone system within hours of the lockdown announcement.
Porting all phones and broadband over to them now.

Massive thank you to Ian from Peterborough! He got us set up with our phone systems quickly and was so helpful. He answered every call no matter the time or how much of a pain I was. He was so polite and professional. We asked for a number to correlate with our Business number and Name and we were provided with one within ten minutes. They ported the numbers as soon as we asked. Everything was just so smooth from start to end. Cost is more than fair!
It was a pleasant experience for a business transaction.

Had several teething issues with our new office/phone setup however Yestech were quick to respond and assist.

Great Support with personal touch! We moved to YesTech after having been with one supplier for almost 20 years. Unfortunately we had to look for a new supplier and considered several companies. We chose YesTech! We are a 24 hour operation with multiple sites in UK and abroad and needed a company able to manage all the sites. YesTech has helped us through this transition and confident in their expertise we decided to migrate to Cloud as well. Their team coordinated the whole process and offered advice and on /off site support. The open approach and "can do" attitude is very refreshing and we know if there is a problem it will be discussed;explained; addressed and resolved. It is a very good start to what I hope will be a very long partnership!

We did not choose to go with YesTech following the contract review so I cannot comment on their services.

Their salesperson however was quite pushy during the whole process, and when he heard that the final decision lay not with me, he somehow tracked down the decision maker's personal mobile number (he knew only the first name) and called him on that.
At this point I got a new job and moved on, but have seen correspondence and have been told that when the decision was made to go with a different company, Mike was abusive to my colleague down the phone and then followed up with an aggressive email to my colleague, copying in the CEO and Chair of Trustees. The charity chose to ignore the email so as not to perpetuate this man's anger.

They was aware I was in conversation with several companies over our phones contract and no promises were made. During the process the Yestech team did give some advice on the messy contracts we currently had which was helpful. However, so did the other companies to a larger extent who also did not get the contract, and they were not bitter.

I recommend Yestech deliver anger management, customer services and GDPR training to their staff.

We had prompt service when required, get through to the right person without having to hold, no problems, highly recommend Yestech.

The team at Yestech provide invaluable services and they do it in a highly porfessional and seamless way. Installation and configuration is seamless and support is excellent. Highly recommend their service.
