Initially was happy with the product but the more i used it I realised why it was so much cheaper then a peloton. Starts squeaking after being used continuously and has to be tightened after every ride, handle bars not secure at all, peddles squeaky. Customer service refuse to do anything without you sending them thousands of videos. Computer re sets itself if you stop briefly for a break so you loose all progress, again customer services unwilling to help or tell me how to change the settings they just want videos sending which is ridiculous. Wouldn’t buy again there’s a reason it’s so much cheaper than competitor models, it’s ok, but not great. They tell you the app is free but it’s not. You need a subscription to use this bikes screen otherwise you’re paying for it for nothing.

Fantastic bike and looks amazing! Im 6'5 and 250lbs and I can still ride comfortably. Screen size is ideal and speakers work perfectly.

Bike arrived on time, it's was relatively easy to put together (~1hr) however when I connected the power cable it became evident it was malfunctioning. I contacted customer service, anticipating a delayed response however, customer service team really quickly, give me some tips to troubleshoot and we determined a replacement was required. Customer service was brilliant very timely and honest with a delay to replacement parts.
The new cable has arrived and we are now up and running. Thank you for great customer support and product!

I asked a question about the discrepancy in a price, they increased the price overnight and emailed me back, expecting me to pay a new inflated price, which did not even answer the question, if they are this scammy and you have any problem don't expect them to fulfill warranty claim p.s be sure to note the generic scripted replies they copy‑and‑pasting because they dont realy care you should take your busness elsewhere

Purchased the Yesoul G1M Plus bike from Yesoul. Overall a great experience. Good communication around a change to delivery and kept me informed. Bike was easy to install (around an hour- took my time) and has exceeded our expectations. Solid build and very good quality. Overall a very good purchase/ delivery and product experience.

I purchased a bundle about a week ago with the Rower and the Recumbent Bike. I received the packages in the mail very promptly and the installation with the provided video support is straight to the point and fast. I had one small hiccup during installation and reached out to their customer service chat who was extremely professional and courteous. That made me feel very secure as a customer and will definitely recommend this company and their products to other disabled veterans like myself. Thank you Yesoul for affordable, quality equipment to help jumpstart my recovery!

Ordered the top tier bike, free shipping included in purchase. Entered details, paid for item and contacted a day later to advise shipping would be an extra $200 due to location. We asked for cancellation of order as a result. A day later they tried to bargain shipping for $110. Not impressed, but maybe we dodged a bullet with the product. Many other companies give a quote on shipping when you enter your postcode instead of contacting you after purchase to ask for more $$.

The Yesoul GM1 plus bike is very nice! My wife loves it, especially the large screen and comfortable seat pad bought separately from Yesoul. We had an issue with the left foot pedal threads being stripped, contacted customer service, and a replacement pedal was quickly sent to me. Very satisfied with this product.

Once I received the product I am very happy.
After the initial order it took a long time to find out I was required to pay the additional shipping fee (US$10) due to my Regional location.
Once this issue had been sorted I was also informed there would be a short delay on my order due to waiting for stock but was given priority shipping and it arrive a few days later.
It was initially difficult to get in contact with support through the chat as the replies kept going to my spam email.
Once I had a decent email chain going the support has been good.
The product (R1M plus rowing machine) arrive packed well, and was easy enough to assemble.
The quality is excellent for the price, all screw holes and threads matched up well and everything works as it should. The screen is cool, easily mirrors from my iPhone or iPad, I have already given Kinomap free trial a go and it integrates well with the machine, and my son loves just watching YouTube while having a go rowing.
All in all a great entry level machine to get into rowing at home, just make sure you keep checking your junk mail for communication from the support team!

Total scam!

I cancelled my order within 24hours and they are refusing to refund my money. I have waited 10 days and a keep hearing is you’ll get it tomorrow.

I am now taking legal action as your failing to give me my money back especially as I cancelled within 24hours

The R1M Plus Rowing Machine from Yesoul Fitness is a well built piece of fitness equipment at a sharp price point. The rower has a very sturdy design and operates smoothly, and the screen and speakers on it are fantastic. I love being able to sync my phone to it to watch YouTube or Netflix whilst burning calories. Highly recommended!

The seat is horrible, the seat cushion you buy to make it more comfortable is also horrible. If you look at all the demonstrations of the bike, the user is standing while cycling. Customer service is not helpful at all. I hate this horrible torture machine, it is the worst.

Great rowing machine and love how easy it is to install, setup and tuck away. Doesn’t take too much space either.

Had an issue with the plug blowing, contacted their customer service team who got back to me really quickly and sent out a replacement.

Really affordable and great value for money. We found intallation videos especially for the treadmill to be not extremely helpful but the instruction manual that came with was much better and easy to follow through. We excited to try the tread, bike and row and look forward to good workouts starting today. Love the fact that I can watch my favourite series while doing my workouts as well and customer service even though it’s just messaging, think that they are brilliant as they respond easily to whatever issues I found and helped resolve with promptness.

Order a bike online without any problem. Fast shipping and great communication. The bike is very nice and better than expected. After that I had some question and emailed support. Within 24h the emailed me back with all the information needed. Fast and great customer support. I would recommend this store.

Very fast delivery with great tracking every step of the way. I was sent the wrong plug but the customer service team members that I was in contact with were fantastic (Rachel and Parhelia)! I have done Spin classes for 14 years and this bike feels smooth and comfortable to use. Putting the bike together was very easy and straightforward.
