Good communication throughout the process. All staff so helpful and polite. Left no mess & the doors & window that we had installed make such a huge difference to our home. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Communication is the key to success and these guys have that down to a fine art. From the initial meeting, through quotation, surveys, product manufacturing to our installation today, they shone with an abundance.

Our scheduled installer unfortunately went out sick this week and rather than call us to re-schedule, the Managing Director of the company came to complete the installation himself. That is true ownership and accountability and the art of putting the customers first.

The only downside to the installation of a stunning new front door and side panel is that we are now spending more money to have the windows replaced to really finish off the look of our house.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company and very rarely applaud such praise, but this was well above expectations both in terms of the quality of the product, but more importantly, the outstanding service received from all the staff.

The whole team is a credit and should be applauded.

Our experience with Yes Glazing Solutions has been extremely good. From start to finish, everyone in the company was very helpful and responsive. These large glass door projects are a significant investment and the company worked with us on different designs and giving their expertise advice. There was no pressure at any point, and everyone was willing to answer questions throughout. Once the decision was made, the company kept us informed of the lead times for delivery of the project and finished on time. As we were replacing old doors, there was significant work to do to remove the old doors, install the new and then make good the whole area. Our installers were terrific, extremely professional, and very friendly. They obviously knew their trade and finished everything on time and leaving the area looking as good as new.

The quality of the product is very good, and was exactly what we hoped for. I would highly recommend Yes Glazing Solutions.

We had some very cool YES Glazing doors installed about 4/5 months ago. Around a week ago we had an issue with the handles, within 3 working days the problem was fixed. Excellent service as usual from Lee’s team at Yes Glazing . Unusual to get such brilliant after sales service from companies nowadays but they manage it every time. Superb work from George and Harry who are fabulous workers and can trust to leave unattended in the house and are genuinely lovely guys to have working in your home. Fantastic service from Yes Glazing. From our initial visit to the showroom meeting Toby, all the way through to having the doors fitted the service was excellent. I was kept up to date the whole way through the process and any questions were quickly answered. The guys who fitted the doors were very tidy and professional. The doors we chose were expensive but you get what you pay for and they are stunning. One of the best decisions we made for our building project. Thank you to the whole team.

From start to finish YES Glazing were absolutely brilliant. They were responsive to the initial request, quick to share designs, professional on the survey visit and ultimately installed some glazed doors which we are very happy with.

Yes Glazing were a delight to deal with and my wife and I are incredibly happy with the slide doors installed. The turnaround time we required was quite tight but the whole team came through in time. We’re both extremely glad we went for the 20mm site line on the doors as the end result was great. Would highly recommend!

Quick efficient fitting - no mess left - old doors disposed of. Always go above and beyond with service. Highly recommended. This is the second property they have re-fitted doors and windows in for me over a space of 13 years and still as good if not better.

Efficient service from initial enquiry all the way through to completion of installation. All staff were punctual and helpful throughout. The installers made no unnecessary mess and cleaned their work area after the first day and on completing the work the following day.

Just had our second job completed by Yes Glazing. First was to fit some internal room separating doors and the second to fit external kitchen doors to the garden. Both jobs were completed on time to a very high standard by an extremely polite and professional team. Both look amazing, are great quality and we are very happy with the results. Would highly recommend them and would use again in the future.

From start to finish an excellent job.The installation team ,Harry,George and Callum were true professionals.The whole team, including the office staff ,worked very well on this difficult job.

First class service from beginning to end, from welcoming and knowledgable sales to adaptable installation scheduling and the kind of attention to detail at the installation on what was not an easy job, that sets Yes apart from the crowd. The sound insulating glass is so good, a trumpet playing directly at the window almost in audible from the street. Slimline Crittall style aluminium look just stunning. We can’t recommend Yes enough.

Amazing service right from the quoting stage. Cathy kept us informed all the way through and the installation team of James & Stelios were amazing and done a fantastic job. You would think the glazing had always been there. 10/10 amazing job guys.
