I recommend this website to my sister and wish I hadn't, never received goods the customer service is atrocious. Avoid.
Obviously don't care about their customers, established professional companies put customers first before telling them have to wait weeks for a claim with Royal Mail. Have had to explain to child that bunny is lost or NEVER SENT!!!
Katie is quite blunt with response.

Only place to shop
During lockdown I decided to look at educational toys for my then 3 old. I came across Yesbebe and I have never looked back! If you sign up to their free "bebeclub" you collect points on each purchase and can redeem money off future items. I have never had a problem with any purchases from Yesbebe and verbally recommend them to friends and family. Customer services have been quick to respond when asking if something is coming into stock too so I feel like a valued customer. If your on social media (FB) you can add yourself to a "babble group" and the community that Yesbebe have created is so supportive. I try and order from Yesbebe before looking at any other online shops.
Out of all this rambling I hope what you can take from this is that the small business has grown but still holds it's family values.

Great choice for kids
Lots of choice, often offers the best value and even on the occasions that it is priced slightly higher than elsewhere the rewards scheme and regular discount codes available help make it affordable. Delivery is spot on too, items are dispatched promptly where available and often arrive earlier than expected.
