BOCA Brunch On Cosburn Avenue FAILED!
This place has taken the meaning of greed to a whole new level. I've never seen prices so over inflated I cannot order from here anymore.
I feel sad for all the people in the East York area

This is unethical behavior to do this to people.
The profits appear to be more valuable then the people that are trying to survive.

No Taste Over Priced Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch. Five star reviews are generic, not authentic
Five stars reviews, if you take a closer look at them there is too much information too many photos which applies that these are done intentionally to both up business or there is no business.
Also has a Roach and Mice issue.
I had seen one eating in. $30 for eggs and bacon + Tip Taxes for breakfast is insane. Only foolish people throw away $$$$ like that. You might as well go to Yorkville for a quality Breakfast or Brunch. Better off on Bayview Ave or Laird in the Leaside area. Go to Rise n Dine 5 minutes away.

Due to the low quality and high prices, the food sits around and expires. Therefore there's a risk of food poisoning. do all Leaside consumers in the East York area,
