My order was delayed by 10 days and the box arrived damaged. They dont accept responsibility for it. Very disappointing customer service. I’d look elsewhere to purchase online

I ordered two pairs of same shoes by mistake, realising it immediately after making the purchase. I wrote to the shop immediately to cancel my order, there was no reply. I called but it was either late or public holiday. Two pairs came and I had to return (both, as the size didn’t work). The return didn’t work as I got the message that order is not delivered. Calling again - nobody speaks any language other than Spanish. Found a colleague that could help me, so they updated the order and I initiated return again. In the process it sad at one point I have to take the package to UPS pick up point. At the end of process, no instructions were provided. There is no return label provided either, just a piece of paper with a line code and DLH written on it (and picture of shoes). Now I am supposed to carry the package from UpS to DHL shop and hope someone will accept it? The entire process is beyond ridiculous. If you have no ability to support international business, don’t do it.

I ordered shoes that were sold out on the brands page so I found them on yellowshop for even a lower price. It came to Germany within only 3 days. I was sceptical but the quality is good and everything seems to be real.
Really nice store, fastest delivery ever and amazing products. Really recommend it.

Package arrived fast and product was ok. Unfortunately I had to request for warranty, and now Im waiting for over a week for a refund. Customer service was attentive and responsive until now. No one replies emails, and I even wrote them on Instagram with no reply.

My attempt to return a pair of shoes due to sizing issues has turned into a nightmare with the customer service provided. From the onset, I encountered significant hurdles as the communication was solely in Spanish, making it incredibly challenging to navigate. To add to the frustration, the information provided by various representatives seemed to differ.

After persistent attempts, I was fortunate to find a representative who spoke English, albeit the assistance provided was still subpar. Despite her efforts, there was a glaring disparity between the information she relayed and what I was previously told by UPS. This inconsistency only compounded my dissatisfaction with the entire ordeal.

In light of these aggravations and the lack of effective resolution, I cannot in good conscience recommend this service to others. The language barrier and inconsistent communication have undoubtedly tainted my experience, leaving me disheartened and dissatisfied.

I've been trying to return these shoes because they are the wrong size for months now but don't get any reply from their customer service. Everything is in Spanish and Portuguese so I constantly have to translate. Very unhappy customer.

It is now four weeks since I ordered black men's Converse Hi-Top and received white children's shoes. three weeks since I retuned them, and 15 days since I was promised a refund in the next two days. No refund, slow replies. Who mixes up men's black shoes with children's white shoes and then isn't competent enough to refund? Useless. Avoid.

I wanted to rate this company zero stars, but unfortunately, that option isn't available. My experience with their UGG boots was disappointing—the quality doesn't match the genuine product. The logo has an inconsistent color, and the sole differs in both appearance and construction, making me question the authenticity of their merchandise.

Little over 24hrs for delivery, only complain I have is I couldn't quite make the discount code work, think it might not apply on top of some other discounts but that isn't made apparent in the banner that was displayed
