The order number that was issued to me is: 56488.

I have also made numerous attempts to contact Yellow Peppers Clothing via e-mail and questioned the progress on the order. I have had NO response from them. All my mails are bouncing back and I have had to assistance.

Please be very careful before you order from them.

I ordered two dresses. I received one dress a month later - crappy material, but you get what you pay for. I NEVER RECEIVED THE SECOND DRESS. I e-mailed customer support and went back and forth a couple times.. they kept saying "let us check where the package is and get back to you". Each time, they did NOT, but would NOT give me a refund.

This is a scam. I never received my order and charged for it. When I contacted them they responded with they were going to get my issue to a manager and then ever got back with me. I will be reporting them to the BBB and stopping payment through my bank.
Interesting enough, After I told them I would be reporting them, their website went under repairs.
Maybe just coincidence, but I’m probably not the only one who has been stolen from.

If I could rate 0 I would. The dress I received can only be described as a glorified, and I use that term loosely, hospital gown. Literally the most horrid item of clothing I’ve ever seen! Looked NOTHING like the picture. I can’t believe a company can even sell something so falsely advertised. I wouldn’t even let my worst enemy wear this dress!

I had order a dress in February and not until now I did not received neither the product nor the money back.I think this is a site that just uses out money.Is there any place I can ask for help in this situation?

The photos makes the clothes look cute, but they're made from the cheapest imaginable fabric. I'm 5'6" and am around a size 4. It's easy for me to find clothes. This company's patterns are just garbage. Oh, and if you want to return this trash you have to mail it back to China. Surprise!
Rather than just sending the return address in the packaging they make you email them. Then they send really weird responses and ask for a photo of the package, random, before sending their annoying return address.

This is a scam! Clothes are not as advertised & you cannot return them. Do not shop here!!!

This is a Chinenase site that steals pictures and sends junk. I ordered three dresses it took almost 1 1/2 months to get and they were pure junk. They were white cotton in the pictures, what I received was sheer see thru fabric. It was very cheap and poorly made. I asked for a refund as the dresses do not match the pictures. They made me return and pay the $40 shipping back. Do not make the mistake of buying from this company.

Please STAY AWAY from this company and do not order anything from them!!!

The clothes look really nice on the website, but the items that were shipped are extremely cheap clothes with low-quality material delivered directly from a factory in China. One of the dresses does not even remotely resemble the dress that was advertised. Further, the clothes do not have any labels for size or material. Under no circumstances I will be seen wearing these clothes!!

Customers service refused to take the items back. Appearantly, items on sale are excluded from returns. However, if you browse through the website, you will find that almost all items are on sale.

This is a scam company located somewhere in China. STAY AWAY!!!

P.S. I filed a complaint on Paypal.

If I could rate this “0 stars”, I would! The product took well over 30 days to arrive and, when it did, it was nowhere near the right size or shape! Advertised as a dress but only long enough to be a shirt (it fit in every other way but the length barely reached below my waist). The condition of the product was BRUTAL - very dirty and pieces of design elements were completely missing (chunks of small fringe “pompoms” around the arm holes appeared to have been pulled off). The return policy is ridiculously convoluted and the shipping costs to return make it more expensive than the original price! My bad for not reading previous reviews (I always do - not sure why I didn’t this time) but maybe I can save the next person before they purchase from this company!

Horrible! You receive badly made rip off items. No labels or tags, bad materials.... Didn't even know it was legal to send clothing from China to Europe without labels. Oh yes, it ships from China (on the website with also says Europe but I guess it s just a word...)

Dress looked nothing like the picture and was made from really cheap and nasty looking material. I ordered an XL (I am a size 10 AUS) and it fit up top but the dress was more like a tshirt as it didn't go past my backside. No returns.

I ordered 2 dresses 32 days ago. They gave me a tracking number, that means absolutely nothing bc they say they are on the way, but the tracking number says China, nothing else. Beyond annoyed

Very unreliable. Try to return my item but they wont send me the details where to return it to. Dont buy from them!!

I truly wish I had seen this before I ordered from them.
I ordered a dress $24.99 and I've been waiting 6 weeks with no valid replies from my concerned emails. They continually respond with the same answers. Saying that it's being investigated.
Some people may say that I only paid a minimal amount but, money is money. And, if others are paying that amount then, they are making a fortune in total worldwide.
I'm from Australia and this doesn't sit well with me. I'm sure from the looks of it that there are many globally thinking the same thing.
This company need to be publicly shamed for their actions.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered 3 dresses. I spent about $90. I received one dress that was the same material that comes with a generic Barbie doll. I never received the other $70 (2 dresses). Customer service will not respond to me.
