Another case of an issue with returns.
Originally ordered some Feiyue shoes on March 12th which were delivered with no issues. Unfortunately, they were too small, so sent them back for exchange on March 17th and have heard nothing since, despite emailing their only customer service address. It’s incredibly frustrating that there’s no contact phone number to reach them on and I’d think twice about using them in the future.
If I don’t receive a response to my query then I’ll do as another reviewer has and start a bank chargeback.
Update 07/04/26: The replacement shoes did eventually arrive but there was no communication at all around the status of the returns. If they could iron this problem out then it would help a lot as there are no issues with the goods or pricing.
