Mine came. but i neevr could fly it because the device lacked the battery. so i could only fly that device on the residual charge that was left. very crappy and third grade. sad to see how these companies are selling stuff on facebook and ripping people off.

Should be zero stars. Bought this off an ad I saw on facebook. The ad was a video. In video drone guy works for big drone company. Management decides to cheap out on the parts and sacrifice quality, and raise the price to make more profit. Drone guy gets mad and quits/gets fired. He grabs a friend, and they start their own company making high-quality drones at an affordable price. Everything about the video led me to believe that this new company was an American company. I placed my order for $87 and change. A week later I get an email the order has shipped from a company I didn't recognize out of China. The Drone arrived about 4 weeks Later. I unpack it and noticed that nowhere on the box, the hard case the Drone was packed in, the Drone itself, the remote, or the manual was a company name or brand name. Nothing at all. The manual was the most poorly translated Chinese to English piece of crap I've ever seen. I went to the section for the adjustments Left Right forward back the keep the Drone from drifting. It said press left button unit go flute flute then stop. Flute flute? WTH is that? Had to figure it out myself and with help from Friends. Of course by now I realized this was not what I ordered but I figured I'd give it a shot. Less than 1 and 1/2 hours of flight time and the drone came down. It started spinning in circles and crashed. It was the first time I flew using the app so I thought it was just a glitch. A couple days later I tried it again with the remote and without the app and I noticed one of the rotors wasn't turning. I'm an Electronics Tech by tree so I didn't hesitate to take it apart. The Section of the circuit board that the motor that wasn't turning plugged into was burnt to a crisp. I went back to the original email and found that there was no contact details. I then tried to go to the website and it wasn't there anymore. This operation is a total scam. I want to know why these guys are still selling drones on the internet. Not this drone either. "Newer and better" ones hahaha. How do you go about reporting a POS operation like this? Does anybody know?

Unbelievable rubbish device. Falsely advertised as great quality and super features - instead it is junk. DO NOT BUY

Ordered a 4k pro drone with an sd card slot and a wifi scout drone was delivered, i ordered a product worth £120 and got a £25 knock off, all attempts to contact the company was ignored.
DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

I bought a drone via FB from Ydodxa and received after a long delay. The drone flew only once. On landing one rotor had signs of burning and would not rotate. I emailed for returns address which was not provided. I claimed through my card provider M&S Bank UK but nothing more heard from them not even an acknowlegement. So I guess I lost 75 Pounds. Do not buy.

These drones are garbage . They have none of the options stated in the add . Paypal by giving my money back in full , agree that Xdodxa is selling drones that don't have features they claim yet they continue to do business together under many many different company names .

There was no zero option. STOLE MONEY FROM ME. Paypal got me a return, but it costs me 57 to return 88 drone. (PLASTIC CRAP! Never took tried to fly it. Looked to cheap and I stumbled on this site after 5 weeks of waiting.) DO NOT USE PAYPAL. If they return your shipping it is capped at 30. Please do not fall for it. Let my lesson count for both of us, then I am only half upset. Be well and be careful!!

If there were less than one star I would give less. It is a total scam company. Took 3 months to arrive and is a cheap plastic POS. I ordered through FB ad and PayPal thinking that that would give me some protection but no. Pay Pal jerks you around and sides with vendors. Toal waste of time and money. Flew 4 times and then it was a togo. Cheap camera loses signal about 15 feet away. Worst mistake I have made so far. Live and learn.

i ordered a Drone of these scumbags, it never arrived and they saud i have signed for it when i asked for proof of the signature they have ignored all emails asking for tbe proof. Total set of scumbags

I ordered a drone and it was delivered okay. However after only four or five flights the left motor burnt out and distorted the plastic.
I packaged up the drone and returned it to the unit number in Southall that was on the packaging.
I never received any acknowledgement of the faulty goods which I had returned so I emailed the email address that was on Facebook. After about one month of sending emails virtually every day I’m still waiting for an answer to the basic question are they going to fix my drone or replace it. They don’t appear to want to respond to my emails but I have persisted. The last email I sent today I informed them that unless I receive a reply to my last email was basically the same question I would be reporting them to trading standards. I would not advise anyone to purchase this product.
I would also not advise dealing with this company. I have now purchased and I’m using an alternative product which is far superior and bears no resemblance to the product which I had to return.
I would strongly advise buying a more expensive alternative so that you do not get treated the way I have been treated as a so-called customer.

Took 4 mos to get this thing. My 14 yr old son enjoys flying it but short battery life . I’d echo reviews on it, junk. Terrible camera. Once drone gets about 10 feet away signal lost too. My son gave me crap for buying through a FB ad and using PayPal. $129 mistake. If he can get enough flights out it might be ok.

IT is a piece of JUNK. I had it sent to me a month ago. I sent three emails to refund my money and I never heard for the vender. I would like to expose the vender's Email. I will refrain at this time. I expect a resolution this is not how to do business in America !!!!!!!!

I had ordered this through Facebook ad thinking it is a reputable company. The moment I placed an order I realized that it is fraudulent company which does not have corporate address or email. It was supposed to be delivered in 15 days , but I had for long. Finally after 35 days I received the drone. I tested the video to see if it is 4K which Is supposed to be the case. But to my astonishment , it is not 4K , it is just 1440P and 20 frames per second. Since I bought it through PayPal, I disputed the purchase saying that the item is “not as described” . Now the seller is saying to send the drone back to them for refund. As I am not willing to spend to ship all the way to China, I have requested them to send me the pre-paid return shipping label. So far there is no reply. It is complete waste of time and money. Now I have decided not buy anything advertised in facebook. It is all junk.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to to post...I've waited over 2 mos to get my item and still has not come. I cannot get in touch with anybody there and they don't respond to emails. It must be a scam using fb.

Got mine yesterday but couldn't connect to app. I was a better flier than I expected but without the app connection it was pretty useless.

Today I tried again with success. Still need to figure out photo/video capture.

Here's what I did to connect to the app:
1. Power off drone & control.
2. Power on the drone.
3. Connect phone to XD** SSID.
4. Change WiFi settings to stay connected without internet.
5. Launch app and click start (At this point I see camera image)
6. Power on the controller and cycle throttle to full up then full down.
7. Drone is ready to fly with FPV.

I've done this 5-6 times successfully.

OK here's the story on pix & video. I'm still connecting with no problem but there's no way this is 4K. It's more like 320x480 and there no USB-C (or any other USB connector) The last time I saw images this poor was with my 1st digital camera many, many years ago. Tried to post a link to the pic but TrustPilot wouldn't allow it.

These drones are junk, but more importantly this chink company provides no tech supprt and also lie about what they are going to do to resolve your problem! Run and buy something decent !

Total crap. Doesn’t work. It as advertised at all. Took a couple months to arrive after touting fast shipping. Hopefully PayPal comes through with my refund. Bummer I wasted money. Oh btw, ydodxa deleted their website

I ordered a drone over 65 days ago. I figured it would be cheap but never arrived. They kept changing the shipping but it was always saying bogus things like arrived at usps in Provo now at usps in Phoenix

I was charged 123.95 on may 18. I still haven't received my drone not a tracking number, nor any response from company. At this point I just want my money back. Rip offs
