I had the chance to buy my Yatao Handpan in November 2024 for a really great deal. It was the bundle with the handpan fundamentals course and the D-Kurd 10.
I got the Instrument via preorder so in January it was delivered. Since then i had so much joy playing this wonderful Instrument that is so beautifully made and so clear in sound. My faszination for handpan goes on for over 7 years now and to be able to own my first ever handpan feels so great. Thank you so much Yatao for making this possible.
The shipment was so securely packed, i received it in spotless condition and with instructions as well as a care-package, Softcase, Cottonbag for protection and other goodies. So definitely recommend ordering from this shop.

I purchased my Ayasa D Kurd 10 from the Yatao shop in early December (it was a gift to me, from someone dear) and though Christmas shipping is horrendous and my handpan crossed two oceans and a continent to get to me, both the handpan and the hard case arrived unscathed. All my interactions with the company were kind, professional, and helpful as well. A very good experience.
The sound is amazing. I could not be more pleased with the quality. Although I was concerned that it might be large for me, used as I am to my Suraz 8 C# minor, but I feel like we belong together.
Every time I pick it up to play I feel a thrill. So much joy. Thank you!

I‘ve already played a couple of instruments from the shop now, like the YataoPan E Amara 20, YataoPan D Kurd & D Kurd Mini and I liked them all a lot. I feel like for the price you can get a good quality instrument which sounds nice, feels nice & is really fun to play! The customer support is great and all handpans arrived securely packed. Especially for beginners I think this shop is a great source for finding your first handpan!

I recently purchased a D kurd 13 432hz and thé Delivery was very fast and efficient and the customer service very professionnal and Quick to reply to my questions. The instrument is very Nice and Well tuned.
To be honest it is amazing value for money if you are new to handpan and not able to spend a fortune on a european maker.
I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

I’ve now had my handpan from Yatao for a few weeks, and the quality is wonderful. As a beginner I had a question about the pan, the company was extremely helpful and prompt in their response. Highly recommend!

I asked to send me the handpan as a gift , and it was very helpful in my country to let it in with less charge of taxes

It is a pitty, that there is too much space between the shoulder and the notes, which makes the handpan too big. Also the highest note does not sound very well. However, the other notes make a warm and smooth sound. The stand for my handpan is Not easy to open and close and not the money worth it I paid.

I have now 4 Handpans. The Yatao D Kurd 10 Ember that the team of Yatao shop constructed for me its unique and priceless. It offer me the most magical sound that i ever take from this instrument. I also tried the Yatao E Amara 20 in Maltes workshop in Berlin and it was amazing at this price! My warmest recommendation for all handpan lovers, you will take from Yatao shop the sound of Malte Marten in affordable price and great quality.

No issue with the pan it self but I will say it’s quite large especially compared to a RavVast drum
