I purchased what was supposed to be Lychee trees and I got dead sticks
"I feel compelled to warn others about this company. I ordered what was advertised as lychee trees, but what arrived were four completely dried, brittle sticks with dead roots. There was no moisture, no life, just a plastic bag of completely lifeless branches. I immediately tried to contact their customer service, but received no reply. Shortly after, their website went down completely, as if it never existed. I attempted to dispute the charge with my credit card, but despite providing photos and all proof, the investigation was delayed so long that the dispute window closed. Now, I’m left not only out of pocket but also with nothing to show for it. Please be extremely cautious. I wish I had seen reviews before buying, and I don't want anyone else to go through this disappointment."
