Pirate flipdie are trash

waited forever for the Pirate flipdie set. they are terrible. the original coins were good, shocked by the quality drop off. they are printed not sculpted. avoid like the plague.

BEWARE!!!

Waited over 1 1/2 years and still don’t have everything. Quality is terrible. Basically fancy folding table with the sturdiness of a Walmart table. Overpriced!!! Feel like I was result of bait and switch. Threw $1500 out the window and went with a much better company with a better quality option.

530 day wait, censoring customer complaints

After waiting 530 days i received a scratched up diceomatic. They kept delaying the orders while still continuing to take on more projects than they can handle. People who ordered their expensive table were told their items would be held indefinitely. when people asked for refunds they said it would be a case by case bases but they always deny thats like $400 down the drain. I will never support this company again. All we wanted was transparency

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. They've taken millions of dollars on Kickstarter projects alone, then they string them out for a year or more past expected delivery dates. Vague updates. Disappointing end product for the few people who do get their product. Don't get drawn into their scams.

This has been a nightmare to deal with

Kickstarter delivery is now over a year late. Company rarely updates and refuses to provide updates on KS - puts them on private website where they can change them and delete negative comments. No orders have been received outside of the US and company didn't even plan import and delivery logistics before shipping into the countries - now investigating paperwork that should have been sorted months ago and new shipping options. Tables are shipping separately from accessories - there is no word on when any accessory orders will be shipped. Answers every request for better updates with "soon." Claimed in an IG video that 5000 orders have been fulfilled but near 0 have been fulfilled because even people who have tables don't have the accessory part of their order unless they were part of the test group. Company blocks people, deletes comments, and cancels orders of people who criticise their handling of this mess. Company is beginning a new table kickstarter without having sorted out the logistics to complete their current one. Also sells dice-o-matic product with a high failure rate requiring purchasers to open the casing and adjust the mechanics to make them work (as per updated instructions from company). People still awaiting tables are afraid to speak publicly about everything because of company's censorship and retaliatory practices - after putting so much money into it we still want a chance of getting our product.

You won’t get a table

Don’t waste time or money with this company you will not receive a table just emails telling you about how you will eventually get a tracking number.

Horribly run company

Horribly run company. Ordered a table from them to be held in limbo for two years. After waiting and being lied to I finally managed to get a refund by threatening to contact a newspaper. Would stay far far away from this company.

Over promises

Over promises, under delivers. Year(s) late on their crowdfunded products, with only vague promises of 'soon' and 'we're in the final phases of fulfillment' only to be followed by 'nothing has left China yet, we had to pause everything for unspecified reasons.'
Products when delivered are okay, not quite nice enough to really justify the price, and definitely not nice enough to justify the full year of delay from original promised ship dates.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Shipping was literally over a year late. Makes bad excuses. Not trustworthy or transparent. Never takes accountability and always shifts the blame.

either scam company or mismanaged

scam company . I tried to order off them because of all the positive comments on social media saying they loved theirs and its so amazing so of course I thought treat myself. It says for non US its usually ready within 5-7 working days so of course when working day 7 rolled around and I received no follow up email I messaged them like when can I expect it? they said theyre experiencing a backlog and will be an extra 3 working days so its now 4 working days after they said that, 11 working days after I ordered and im reading these reviews like omg it might be a scam. so I messaged them saying Its a lot of money for me Ive been really patient but its been over 3 working days since you said you would be a few working days so please either send the item or give me a refund. They decided to give me a refund and said it will be in my bank soon. whether it happens or not is to be seen. Its either a scam or a very poorly run business but avoid.

Ordered; never delivered. Fought for refund

Ordered two products in early 2024.

Well over a year past expected delivery dates (April/Summer 2024), I eventually gave up and cancelled my orders. I really had to fight to get a refund as they promised the products had already been shipped (in late May/early June).

It's now late July; it looks like (almost?) nobody has received their orders.

The company deleted their Discord channel (forums for communication), refused to update their Kickstarter - where they can't moderate comments - and started releasing only very occasional updates on their website, deleting negative comments and cancelling the orders of people who ask too many questions.

Nobody seems to know if this company is just very disorganised and will eventually ship out some orders, over a year too late, or if it's an outright scam.

I placed my preorder for the Flipdie… no Produkt!

I placed my preorder for the Flipdie Pirate set (Order #YARRO-14461) on November 29, 2023 at 11:04 AM.

As of July 12, 2025, I have still not received anything.

No product.
No tracking number.
No delivery.
Not even a proper response.

For weeks I’ve been told that my order “has already shipped from China,” but my account still shows the order as “Unfulfilled”, and I have never received any tracking info or confirmation.

Other customers received their orders in May 2025 – for the same product – while I, as a preorder customer, have been left behind without any explanation.

To make it worse:
I have now sent multiple emails asking for a refund, since I no longer believe the item will ever arrive – but I received no reply and no money back.

At this point, I feel completely ignored and honestly misled.
This has been one of the most frustrating preorder experiences I’ve ever had.
