Escalation for resolve
I had an issue about being registered in an membership account that was unknown to me. Also, a payment was processed even though I notified my cancellation immediately. Edith helped me with the Escalation Team. I received an email notifying about my cancellation. Edith send me an email, after her escalation, notifying me about her approval by crediting the charged amount.
