Ordered 3 bottles of YaraRosa perfume

Ordered 3 bottles of YaraRosa perfume. It arrived wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap. The boxes were battered and one was leaking Parfum. I had no choice but to open the others as they were damaged and inside all the plastic was broken, I was left with 2.5 bottles which were purchased for gifts. They are no use for anything. I sent a WhatsApp message and got a reply asking for photos of which I supplied. They said they would get back to me and haven't. I messaged again asking if they will replace or refund! Six weeks and nothing. I presume they are franchised and the main company is in the UAE whom I will contact. Trading standards will also be notified. Unfortunately they have messed with the wrong person.

Still waiting on my item

Still waiting on my item. Tracking says it’s in transit. Sent 3 emails with no response. I’m not one to usually fall for scams but unfortunately this time I have. Stay away.

I never got the item!!!!Was given a tracking number for Royal mail which still says they are waiting for the item. I have been told i cant get a refund because the item is in transit. Its been in transit since 23rd November 2024. I had purchased the item for Christmas. No one seems to care but just want my money!!! Yet another Chinese based company that is masquerading as they are in London with easy refunds!!! Stay away
