The night I placed the order, I received the tracking code and the parcel arrived within 2 days. I am very impressed by the fast shipping and great customer care as I was sent a gratis full size product and samples. On top of that, I have received a personalised thank you note. The prices are good and the quality of the products top. I will be more than happy to purchase from Yao skin again.

Everything is good!! The service, the products and the prices! I Bought three products that were recommended for my skintype from Yao himself. I have been using them for about a month and a half and couldn't be happier for the results. They definitely have been giving a positive effect for my skin. My skin is feeling softer, brighter and last but not least fresher.
