Beautiful product!
Yasune 45 layer Damascus GYUTO 180mm (7.1) is absolutely perfect.
Fits in the hand comfortably, light weight, super sharp, nice feel to the knife when chopping. The style of the knife is gorgeous. I love it and can’t wait to buy more :)

Chefs knife
By far the best knife I have used. The best part for me is the balance of the knife. It means I have more control, precision and confidence when performing everyday and difficult/delicate tasks in the kitchen. Would highly recommend.
