I had big problems using your web app
I had big problems using your web app. Finding the log in to your web app was difficult. Uploading the documents required even more. All most likely due to wrong setting while loading windows 11 on my laptop. however your support staff managed very well and got my application for a Polish yacht registration issued.

Dear Christopher, maybe you did the whole proces with a mobile device? Normally the most comfortable way to use our online encrypted secure system is using a desktop computer or a laptop. We do over 2500 registrations each year and when doing this with such a device it causes no problems as we hear from all our clients who consider it a very staright forward easy to use system.
