I traveled from Maidenhead to look a SESSA c30,
Biggest mistake of my life.
The pictures show nice newly serviced legs and propellers, in reality saw a completely different boat, the propellers looked like they had been in the sea for twenty years, serviced my ..se
Total waste of time.

We have just successfully finished a boat sale through Karsten Mortense from Yacht Broker Oeresund Denmark. It was a quick, safe and professional experience, we gladly will recommend.

Through our search for a suitable sailing yacht, we came into contact with Peter from YachtBroker Nord. The telephone contact was very pleasant and no question was too much. Then we travelled to Denmark to see a sailing yacht. A beautiful yacht, exactly as described by Peter. He arranged the sea trialling and contact with the owner. Everything went as you might expect, but is no longer common.

In the end, the logistical challenge of sailing the boat to the Netherlands was too big for us. Peter also felt that well and thought along in solutions.

Finally we decided to refrain from the purchase. Peter understood this and neatly assisted us until the last.

In short, a very honest and sincere broker, who thinks along and prefers not to make a sale if it does not make the customer happy.

I have purchased a Sargo 25 from Yachtbroker Finland
I have tried to sell the boat in the UK 18 months after owning.
I have been told by all brokers in the UK the boat should of been supplied with the following paperwork

1. Bill of Sale (showing 5 years clear title)

2.Original Invoice Show VAT paid Or Proof VAT Paid Within E.U

3. Builders Certificate (I had to obtain this from Sargo)

None of the above paperwork has been forthcoming,

I am still without Bills Of Sale & Proof VAT has been paid

In reply to your reply of my post the Royal Yachting Association (states the documents that should be provided when purchasing a boat from the EU) Sunseeker Yacht Brokerage, Salterns Yacht Brokerage & Sargo UK have all said the following documents should be supplied by the broker who is dealing with the sale a reputable broker works in the interest of both parties.
the boat was bought into the UK 0n the 10.12.20 and was still part of the EU.

The only documents I've received are
Traffi Document Showing Transfer Of Ownership
And Brokerage Contract

You cannot sell a boat in the UK with just these documents

You need all the documents I stated in my first review
