Very hesitant to even do this flight as it was a gift from my husband but I was made to feel comfortable which relaxed me enough to enjoy the experience. The pilot Dale was very patient with me and taught me quite a lot in the 30 mins we had.

Love the flight, instructor was fantastic, really friendly and knowledgable.

After not doing very much flying over the past year due to Covid_19 restrictions I did a check ride in a Cessna 150 and joined YAC the other week to get back into some GA flying. The club seems well organised has enough available aircraft in it's fleet and represents good value for money/affordable and simplistic GA flying.

A good experience as a new member. Verbal and e-mail communication was good. Booking was arranged promptly and check flight done with minimum of fuss. Good quality C172 aircraft. All good. No complaints and looking forward to using my new membership.

Just what you want from a flying club, my instructor Dale was brilliant.

Courteous and professional.

Needed to revalidate my licence and went to YAC at Santoft and was extremely warmly welcomed and my first flight with Dale was so relaxed. Really looking forward to the next flight in a few days time.

Quick decision to revalidate my lapsed PPL(A) and called in to see the flying instructor team.
Quick chat for half an hour and booked in for the next day.
Professional, helpful, expedient service with plenty of access to aircraft. I flew with Dale who is extremely competent and great to fly with.
Not saying where, but I tried this previously with other schools and was completely used as a money making tool....no validation completion.....despite being sent solo again. However, YAC is completely different and within two weeks, my PPL will be live again.
Looking forward to continuing flying from Sandtoft thereafter.
Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant flying school.
The team are welcoming and friendly, the aircraft are in excellent shape, and lessons are just phenomenal. I would give it 6 stars if it was an option.

Wanted the IR(R) rating doing as quickly as possible and these guys delivered. 2 days in and 6 hours ticked off
