I have been a loyal customer of Yabby Casino for over two years, consistently leaving positive reviews because my experiences were good—until now. Recently, I requested a withdrawal, and despite having completed several verification forms in the past, they are now asking for yet another one. I have submitted the requested documents three times, but no one has confirmed receipt or updated me on the status. Every email I send goes unanswered. When I contacted live chat, they refused to connect me with a supervisor, simply giving me the same banking email again and again. This complete lack of communication and refusal to escalate is unprofessional. Yabby Casino has no problem taking deposits instantly, but when it comes to withdrawals, they leave you waiting, in the dark. After more than two years, I expected better. Unless Yabby Casino improves its communication, I can no longer recommend them.

I hat won almost $500 /$476.85 to be exact that I could pull out and I followed every step and I fit it threw interact and I proceeded to wait the verification period and that went through so it said I could take it out so I proceeded to take it out. It said it was pending and now they’re telling me that referred it to me having upon us thing that I needed to spend through like a play through and there was no play through. I could take it out it let me take it out through interact and it has not paid me. It gave me $50. I want the rest. but now they are telling me to do it through crypto I do not have crypto. I have interact and that’s it. I filled out the interact proportion to get my withdrawals. I expect to show up. I feel like I am being cheated and it’s very unfair. I've cashed out three times and all three times were just as Yabby claims. Which is to say they were very fast and it was a pleasant experience...... What else can say?

For my first time sign up I beat my playthrough, and it was exciting to cash out, the only down fall was i was only able to cash out $50 after I had made a deposit of $15 which was required to withdraw any funds. My winnings was $75 plus the $15, so be on top of everything you do on any casino games.. but shot out to Mr yabby thank you for the winnings 🏆 as well for customer support, they were fast and accurate on helping with any issues that I had.

While initially I had a fairly positive experience, my opinion has definitely changed on this place after this incident.
Update: they had a coupon showing on my account, that was almost 2 days past expiration date. When I had contacted the support about the issue, I was met with an agent who would nothing, except send the same response multiple times in a row, before finally giving me the email address to talk to the managers who then proceeded to give me this response to the email:

The withdrawal process is quick once you get verified. And it is feasible to playthrough bonuses and still have a good amount to withdraw when you're done.

So everything was great until I put my first request through to withdraw. Unlike every other online casino I’ve used. The showed me I had just over $120 available to withdraw. I requested $120 which was rejected because in fact I only had $79 because $40 of that $120 was bonus money. Even though I also received the confirmation I had met all the waging requirements for withdrawal. Why would I even be able to request the $120. I should have been clearly told I only had $79 to withdraw, it feels like this shouldn’t even be legal on their part to do this. The customer service response was horrible. And to top it all off after they rejected the $120 withdraw they took the $40 away from my account with them.
