FIGURES ARE NOT NEW!!!

Hello,

WHAT IS THIS!!! Advertised as NEW and all 4 figures appear to have been opened at one point (there is even 1 which is riveted closed). All the plastic bubbles are torn and came off the card backing. THIS IS NOT NEW AT ALL!!!
