I saw this phone the Sharp Aquos 601SH and I said I HAVE TO BUY IT and I did. This phone is amazing and the staff is really useful like the FAQ I really recommend it cuz my phone works perfectly and GOSH IT WORKS IN FRANCE GUYS with the free mobile operator I use this phone for a digital detox to kill my addiction and to sopt doomscrolling but Yeah I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY LIKE A THOUSAND PERCENT. LOVE YA SO MUCH

I expect a full refund and resolution of this matter without delay. The customer service response so far has been appalling, dismissing the issue by saying it is “just an old phone” and that I should simply deal with the slowness as if it were normal.

This is not acceptable. A phone that takes 2–3 minutes to power on and the same to access a single app is not a functioning device. Selling such a product for nearly $200 AUD is misleading and unfair to customers.

I urge you to take responsibility and resolve this matter promptly instead of saying it is an old phone.

It seems like a scam — they are selling a product that does not work properly, and when you request a refund, they claim it is the customer’s responsibility to check the network issue. They also dismiss the fact that the phone is extremely slow, saying it is only because it is an “old phone.”

Please do not order this phone. It is effectively useless, and they rely on their terms and conditions to avoid providing a refund.

I was a bit unsure before ordering but everything went smoothly. The phone arrived quicker than I expected, packaged well, and works perfectly on my network. Customer service replied to my question about setup within a day which gave me confidence. Happy with the whole experience and would order again.

Really honest with the products description and shipping. I had my doubts, but they kindly help me to track my package.

The phone is great! It is functional and there have been no problems so far except a small bug on gmail but idk whether that is up to the phone or the app.Eitherway the bug isn't anything bad just the delete button doesn't work.On all my other apps the delete button works perfectly! A lot of apps work on it!

I received my new LG Smart Folder X100S last week and it was in excellent condition. It took me a while to figure our where the space key and other special characters were. Other than that, it’s been awesome. This is what I’ve been looking for for the longest time.

Amazing phone!
I received the Cat S22 phone without issues and it works perfectly in European networks. It’s sturdy, reliable, well built and the flip is perfect. Y2Kphones posted it quickly and it arrived as expected. I will probably buy again from them, I love retro phones and their service was great.

I ordered again a couple of weeks ago and it arrived last week. I honestly have no complaints, it’s absolutely beautiful and I love it! I was a bit worried at first since the box didn’t match the phone (it was for the grey version), but everything inside was perfect. It’s really pretty and super easy to use. Definitely a 5-star experience from me. I might order again in the future!

My first purchase was an absolute success! I got 3 phones out of which one has also touch screen functionality which i think is so cool (Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 - Unlocked - Android Flip Smartphone)! I would actually make the change from my current smartphone to the Folder 2. I also got a Samsung C3520 - Unlocked - Y2K Style Flip Phone, this one was so cute and adorable! Lastly, the Sharp Aquos Keitai 3 805SH - Unlocked - Android 8.1 Keitai Flip Phone was interesting enough to get my attention: interesting design, love the japanese characters on the buttons and i got it in green which is the best. This one is not that intuitive as the Samsung ones, but still interesting. The products are absolutely great and came in perfect conditions, with their battery and chargers too. I also got to experience their customer contact process and they were so nice and quick to respond.

Ordered a CAT S22 and a ALT MIVE Style Folder to Turkiye. It took 15 days to arrive and the phones were in perfect condition! Customer service also great. I would recommend!

Literally my second time ordering from them my first was a Samsung folder 2 and now I’ve got the mive style folder!!! And I love it so much. Definitely buy from them , for such rare phones the prices are so good

This checkout experience was very easy, loved that I was able to use a discount code. It only took two days for my order to ship out after I placed my order. It arrived sooner than I thought it would. I love that they actually sent the LG brand charger along with the phone instead of a generic one.

When I first saw Y2KPhones back in 2023/2024, I was very skeptical at first. I really wanted to get a flip phone though, especially one that had Android. The aesthetic fits me perfectly. When the phone finally arrived, I was surprised to see that it was already debugged and in English -- I appreciate the seller for doing that!! The phone works perfectly! It even works on my carrier (T-Mobile in a big city on the East Coast of the US), so I'm excited to start using it more once I finish tweaking it. I can't wait to see if Japan makes more phones like these, or we'll see more of a resurgence regarding these phones!

I ordered from The Netherlands. Customer service is great! If I had any questions during shipment I got a fast reply. Package arrived within 2 weeks as promised. The phone came in perfect condition! 4g Calling doesn't work with every provider so do find one that supports this. Keep that in mind. Kpn/vodafone works! Overall very happy with my purchase. A very honest, fun and trustworthy business:)

I'm in the UK, I've bought 2 phones from them and they're AMAZING.
The LG x100s and the Aquos 805sh. Both phones arrived quickly even right before Christmas!
When my family ask what I want for my birthday I just send them a link to Y2K phones and say surprise me lol
I recommend them IRL and online to anyone that asks or will listen, I will 100% buy again!
