Incomplete delivery, still waiting after 3 weeks
I bought a stepper online, which was delivered without it's feet. Almost 3 weeks after I sent an email informing about the incomplete delvery I have still not received the missing parts or any other proposal how they will fix it.
Update 17 Oct: after repeated emails from my side I finally got a return code and after returning the incomplete product, I received a complete product swiftly.

I purchased a bike from this store at a high price, expecting premium quality. However, the bike had issues that required me to return three times for repairs. During my second visit, I requested a replacement, as they had previously promised to exchange it if the problem persisted. Despite this, they refused and insisted the bike had no defects.
On my third visit, I compared my bike with a new one in their showroom and discovered that a part was missing from the bike I purchased. Only then did they acknowledge the issue and fix it. This experience was very disappointing — not only did I pay a significant amount for a product that did not meet expectations, but the staff also failed to identify the problem until I pointed it out.
Although they had promised to replace the bike if necessary, they did not honor that commitment. Ultimately, I was the one who found the defect, not them, and this has caused me to lose trust in their service.
27 days for bad bike service in Skelleftea
Went in Skelleftea. Good range of products. However, the bike workshop is absolutely terrible. Took a bike there April 1st as the chain would not work. Their claimed ETA is 2-4 working days. 4 days later, having heard nothing from them, I went in person, just to be told back derailler is broken and they will order new one. Another week went by, not a sign from the Workshop. I go in again to ask, still no replacement. They put in a scrap piece they had in store so we can use the bike over Easter break, however the piece was not compatible and the cable tension did not allow changing gear on front. One more week goes by, we go to ask if the ordered piece arrived. It did, yet no one gave us a call to bring the bike for changing it. Finally we take it in, they change the piece on 26th of April, we took it back on 27th April and the bike is still, 1/10 tries, not changing gears on the front plate. I noticed the mechanic, he replied 'works as expected' however he took the bike for a ride through the shop and barely succeeded to change the gear on the front plate. The workshop worker claims it will work if you ride the bike, but a simple check on the stand shows it sometimes work and sometimes not, also same result in riding it. We asked if it might be an issue related to cable tension which was too low, mechanic replied it's not possible, though doing some tests at home after trying to put more tension on the cable proved he was wrong again. Even though the problem was not related to front derailler but to chain tension, eventual adjustments and checks required due to back derailler replacement should have been included in the 799 SEK package service we paid for, yet the employee told us we need to buy another package so the piece he installed works fine with changing gears on the bike. Eventually, we gave up as it's clear the store policy is to make money and not provide good service. That happened while we have bought another bike and several accessories already from the same store. This worker had a totally unprofessional attitude and is missing basic skills, also repeatedly ensured they will send a text to advise on next steps when in fact no one, not once, proactively informed us about the case in 27 days. Will not go back again.
Order did not arrive
I ordered a rain coat a couple of weeks ago. First, it took me to contact customer service for them to say that my package was in transit. Second, once I receive the tracking number, I can see that it has reached the shop but I do not receive any sort of confirmation my sms. When I go to the shop, they say that it appears as delivered to the customer even though I never picked it up or got any sms. How is it possible that they may even give a package without any sort of ID checking! Completely useless customer service, if you have any issue, forget about getting a quick response or any solution at all. Not recommending at all making an online purchase with them.

I sent a list of 10 similar hiking boots, and they sent me back the discounts they could provide in each and every one of the items, some being even over 50%, which matched the original discount I would have gotten on the product I had tried to buy.

I have ordered many items from xxl and have returned some for different reasons. I'm still not able to write an honest reviews on items I'm not satisfied with.
I see this a marketing strategy and to be fair it's quite ugly one.

Few minutes ago we went out from XXL store near Gallerian where we came to do reclamation for BULA snowboard jacket. Personel was "we are cool and we understaind everithing, but we don't trust you." My husband bought snowboard jacket on which, every rime when he rides, zipper was full opened. They put jacket on board and zipp it in perfect conditions and it works. Ofcourse, they should know that contitions on your body are not the same, because nobody has paper thin body. So, we where honest, came with thrue story about what happened and we was sent home like two persons who came with lie story. They gave us bula customer service e-mail t9 contact them. Also, we were offered to take something from the store for value of the jacket (2500 sek). Since, we didn't wanna take staff with force, we said, no we came here for reklamation. I would like an explenation how is it possible to take something from your store but not get my money back? Because you will sell this used jacket as a new one??? Because, since I red thos reviews, this is how your bussines goes...really, really disipointing expirience. On the end we will contact konsumerverket and sold thos situation with their help!!
Poor customer service
I bought some pair of shoes to try on and send them back if they are not suitable. when I received the order there is no printed label for returning and I have to find a place to print a return form, with difficulties I printed it out and attached it to the packet and leave it in the postnord, after 20 days I contacted the XXL and questioned about the refund and they said that they haven't received that and it is your problem and you do track your packet and it is not our duty. It could be easily handled if they just add a printed return label or send a QR code that is acceptable by postnord.

I Want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery and customer service I recently experienced from your company. This was without a doubt the worst delivery and customer service experience I have ever had, so much so that it has made me decide never to purchase anything from you again. Furthermore, when I contacted your customer services team regarding this issue they were unhelpful at best - no apology or explanation was given as to why there had been such an extensive delay in delivering my order despite several attempts by myself to contact them. Refusal to extend gift voucher unsed due to covid

Since then I bought clothing for kids starting school again for about 5000, and today a Kayak for 7000. Of course NOT From XXL as they will not see my money again!
With soo many sports stores around I won't be back to them.
Worthless bicycle service/warranty
I bought a new MTB from XXL in June. After a ~month of riding a left crank arm broke. And then the story began...
During my first visit I asked about the time estimate for fixing the issue. First it was 'a few days'. The next time I visited it was 'next Monday'. Then it was 'next week'. Then another 'next week'. Although I explicitly asked about the REAL estimate. And of course there were no head-ups, you have to contact the service, wait, wait, wait and clarify everything yourselves.
So, I'm still waiting for my bike to be fixed but the summer unfortunately isn't waiting for me.
If I knew it was gonna take that long, I would have fixed my bike somewhere else.

No customer service and poor product care.
I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses XXL's e-commerce site as they were out of stock at my local store. The website stated they could be ordered to be picked up from the store in 1-4 days. 12 days after my order I had not received any information beyond the order confirmation. I tried contact customer information twice an I received no reply (all customer correspondence is email supported only).
I went to my local store for help and they managed to sort everything out (the order had arrived, but the system had failed on updating the order information). However when I opened the package, the box the glasses came in was crushed. There was also evidence that the glasses had been previously opened by someone and used (I would attach pictures if I could).
Ordinarily I would contact XXL again and try to rectify this. However, having looked at the reviews here, this is obviously not uncommon. The glasses are fine and defect free from what I can see from my initial inspections. Given the lack of communication with XXL's online customer service team and the relatively thoughtless 'copy-paste' style of the responses to issues raised here, I've decided not to waste any further efforts pursuing this. It would only lead to future inconvenience. All I can say is I cannot recommend XXL's e-commerce in any way, especially for significant considered purchases.
I understand COVID-19 means things are more difficult at the moment. Whilst the lack of correspondence could potentially be blamed on this, the poor care of products and selling of tampered products cannot. I will not be using XXL again.

Fast Delivery, No customer Support, Second hand Item sent
Fast delivery, good website with easy to use account.
But I received a second hand, repacked ray ban sunglasses. The lenses are dirty and the hinge make a cracking noise. So I will return my glasses to their shop.
Should also note that customer service do not answer to emails so buy only if there is a XXL shop around for your inquiries.

Bicycle ordered was damaged…
I ordered a bicycle which arrived damaged, the fork was bent and therefore could not be assembled. I took photos and complained, said I wanted the bike for summer. By then I was not told there were no more similar bikes to replace mine with. In XXL website the bicycle was still being sold.
I sent the bike back to XXL asking to be replaced. The returned bike arrived at their premises. I again texted with the person behind costumer care (Andreas), who mentioned there was a cue and defected bike sent back had to be quarantine. At this point the bicycle was still being sold on XXL website....
After another week and insisting about times, I am told the product is sold out so I could get a refund or buy something else in XXL.
It really annoys me as the bike was still available then and since the product arriving defected was a damage inflected by someone else (post company or XXL), I feel that XXL could have reserved a similar product when I complained and sent photos of the damaged bike...instead they just let time pass, said I had to cue for having received a defected product and were never proactive in solving the issue. (as if they really don't care about costumer happiness).
I asked for the money back and showed urgency in getting the money back (so that I can go and buy a bicycle elsewhere). Today I still haven't received the 3700 SEK spent. It has now been 1 month since I first tried to buy a bike from XXL.

Ordered a flashlight online as a gift to my dad. They sent me a used product in a damaged box. Not a nice gift to give to someone!
Poor customer service, took me 2 weeks to get a pre-written email.
