Couldn’t find my clutch on your website. I had to call for assistance. Once I received help, the guy looked it up and I received the wrong clutch or the wiring system wasn’t the same. Very frustrating to receive the wrong clutch. 2006 exmark briggs and straton engine 66inch cut parts shouldnt be that difficult to find. I believe extreme has a wonderful product possibly but I wasn’t able to experience it. Very disappointing. Sent the clutch back and waiting on a refund. What a horrible week!!

I ordered a John Deere OEM replacement…
I ordered a John Deere OEM replacement clutch from my local dealer. The clutch arrived and I assumed some mistake had been made because the delivered part was not anything close to the correct part. The dealer sent it back and requested the correct part. John Deere sent a new clutch, which was still the wrong part, exactly the same as the first part..
I ordered a clutch from Xtremeope. It was half the price of the John Deere OEM. It was the correct part and fit perfectly.

Not the greatest experience but they got the part eventually
I’d say average I get mistakes happen. I ordered the correct pto and got the wrong one. When I was speaking with customer service the guy didn’t go above expectations to keep my service in the future. I did try and communicate with him after the call but did not get any response. In the end I finally did get the correct part but took an extra week or so.
