Be very careful... once you drop your guard, they will do anything to upsell and manipulate. while the work is high grade and technically good, the customer is just a money machine. The quote on the phone was $150, when I said I already installed the camera and wires but not the power. they gracefully said no worries $80. when I went to see them, the price jumped to $340. Also upselling by lying what already exists in your car - when they said my front speakers are not splits? I put them in myself? when they said the AMP I bought is not and AMP its a DSP trying to clarify 3 times pushed me onto buying the $950 AMP they have - tactics on information - CAREFUL do not talk too much they will use it against you. DONT get me wrong they are good, if it's high stakes... you might not have a choice, but be very very careful... Hold on to your pockets. I could have gone to ACCC under the ACL, and win the case, but rather not waste my time. Time is money right now, high stakes.
