The powerbank i bought stopped working after a few days, i texted xtorm for a resolution. They were very helpfull and got me a new one without a hassle. Would buy here again.

I bought an Xtorm XW21 dual charger on April 29, 2024 for €63.
The finish is good, and it worked perfectly for a year.
Although it's a travel charger, it's never left my nightstand.
Unfortunately, after a year, it's already stopped working.
I contacted Xtorm, and despite my receipt and the fact that it's still within the two-year warranty, they asked me to contact the seller (Marketplace Darty), who charged me €16 for the return. At that price, I bought a new one from another brand on Amazon. Terrible customer service and an unreliable product, in short.... Never again Xtorm for me.

While the product was working, the product was ok, but the battery blew up after 2 years and 26 days, and the manufacturer did not want to recognize the warranty.
Disappointing for a product in this price range.
I have a power bank from X-Storm, and it suite me perfectly, I like everything about it, and it's my indispensable assistant during work trips. However, one day the lithium battery started to expand, the case opened up, and I immediately contacted customer support. The support team advised me to dispose of the defective unit, and they successfully sent me a new power bank. It is worth mentioning that six months had passed between the purchase and the replacement.
Very friendly and helpful telephone hotline. She helped me in a very short time and a comfortably way. Thank you!
Good product range and good service
I purchased an xtorm magnetic powerbank for my iphone. After 2 weeks of use the unit died. I contacted Xtorm and they have been highly responsive and have now sent me a new unit with UPS. I am impressed by this level of customer care. Well done Xtorm.
Nice products but way to expensive for what they are!! Especially when you order directly from the Xtorm website you probably pay a lot more than if you buy the same product via other than their own website. Also keep in mind that they will charge you in case of a return despite the higher price you pay when doing direct business with them!! I will never buy (directly) from them again.

I have bought over 10 products from Xtorm. Their cables are, while expensive, quite good. The rest of their products, and customer service, leave much to be desired.
Problem 1: Defective iPhone & AirPod charging station. It made a low humming noise and only charged half the time. After trouble shooting, was replaced.
Problem 2: Defective foldable solar panel: worked fine for 2 years (only summer use), then stopped charging. Customer service said it was my fault because of a "fold line". How this happens with a travel, foldable solar panel is beyond me.
Problem 3: Defective solar power bank XR203. First one did not charge in the sun. Did multiple tests, took photos and videos and sent xtorm. Returned it and got a 2nd defective solar power bank. Right out of the box it didn't charge in the sun. Again with pictures and videos I returned to the company, they didn't care.
This company has really gone down hill in terms of quality and customer service. I've posted positive reviews of their products on their website - they are still there. The negative review of the solar power bank I have written 3 times and it is never approved.
They do not care about quality, quality control, or customer satisfaction. All they care about is your money and their image.
Stay away!
You can buy better products for cheaper at other companies.

Bought a powerbank in their shop at Munich Airport. While unpacking recognized that seal was broken, power was on zero (even package 📦 said precharged) and torch was scratched.
Returned to shop and was told that they open boxes for charging before selling.
No refund.
Rip-off business. Most buyers will realize if they're over the ocean 🤣🤣🤣
Don't buy this crap.

Excellent customer support.
i like the formfactor of their products especially the international chargers but the quality it quite poor and both the cables they sell and the charger keep breaking.

While Xtorm processed immediately an order that I placed, the delivery of the item that I ordered was delayed on the carrier's (Post NL) responsibility. After protracted delays by Post NL, Xtorm refunded the item. Full professionalism and respect for the customer and prompt replies to my communications to them. Happy to do business with Xtorm.
I purchased a power bank, which turned out to be defective. It was replaced with another one... which is also defective.
It doesn't charge the device fully, after a few minutes or hours it stops. So to be usable if you charge it during night you are supposed to put an alarm and turn on the charging button on... ridiculous!
I lost time sending emails, speaking with the customer service, arranging a delivery with a package. All for nothing!
