Xtool devices and support are excellent—should be named ExcellentTools!

Having purchased an Xtool AD20 Pro OBDII vehicle scanner online, but not from Xtool, I found it to be previously registered to another? I contacted Xtool support and within 24 hours received a response from Carina. The device had been reset despite not directly purchased from them. I was able to quickly diagnose a fault on my vehicle. The device and app are excellent as is Xtool's support for their devices. Many thanks to Carina and Xtool Tech Team. I would highly recommend Xtool devices.
