Xtar-link.com - Star Link products
I bought a product from xtar-link.com and at first it worked fine. Unfortunately, after just 13 months it stopped working. As it turned out, the warranty only covers 12 months, and after that the company simply washes its hands of any responsibility.
They not only refused any repair, but also do not offer any out-of-warranty service. Instead, customer support bluntly suggested that I should just buy a new one.
So in reality, the product is basically disposable, and once the warranty period is over, the customer doesn’t matter anymore. This kind of approach to quality and after-sales support is, to put it mildly, very disappointing.
I do not recommend – if you expect durability and any kind of support after purchase, you will not find it here.
