Website is glitchy!
I logged in using a laptop onto the desktop website version.
The website was extremely glitchy and didn't work properly. Whenever I hovered the mouse over 'trading' the following drop down menu (from trading) has the following 4 options: Standard Spot, Pro Spot, Standard Margin and Pro Margin.
However I couldn't choose ANY of them as the box closed whenever I moved the mouse.
The support spoke to me in Chinese (not English) and whenever I did get her to speak English she just said to refresh the page and try again. Clearly this didn't work and since it worked for her she simply hung up on me without asking me if it was okay to end the conversation! I don't think she even believed me! She certainly didn't offer any professional technical support!
Absolutely ridiculous! She didn't ask me any tech based questions that you would except from IT support! For example, she didn't ask me what browser I was using, when operating system or even offer any remote log in to see for herself and look at the Java script or anything!
She was just NOT INTERESTED!
Well guess what, since the website is glitchy and doesn't work properly and since support is next to useless then I am NOT INTERESTED in depositing Crypto or trading with XT!

XT fails when you need support for a withdrawal
I've been trying for over a week now to withdraw from XT and I've had no success and even less help from XT support. I was having problems with Google authenticator so I asked to have it removed. XT asked for photos and proof of ID pics of me holding a sign with today's date my signature and some code and then a video in which I clear XT of all responsibility if anything goes wrong and finally and email with a deposit transaction record. I supplied all of this over the course of 5 days and numerous back and forth emails. Well it's been 5 days since I last heard from them. I've tried contacting customer support again and even tech support but now nobody will return any of my emails. I've tried the robot chat and even the live chat doesn't get me connected. Maybe if I had deposit problems they'd be much quicker to reply?

Guys, go far away from this scam exchange, they are manipulating prices when order market price is confirmed increasing the price some times more than 40% when you want buy and decreasing price when you want sell, have a look in their grafics and you will see how the prices is jumping for a minut 40%-50%, if you compair grafics with coingreco or coinmarket cao you will see the price was not jumping up or down, they are doing specially when some body buy or sell in order market, regarding reviews 5 or 4 starts is very funy most of them is adding after some bad review, I lose 27k in other exchange but no body steale me even one USD, I lose my self, but XT.com scamme to me 700 USD manipulating price
