I tried using XT initially as a spot trading platform and then later as a derivatives platform. When I initially used it I was able to receive crypto via dogecoin but it took multiple days for the exchange to credit me the crypto I sent. I just thought maybe there were issues with the network or something. I never really experienced issues with their spot market except that it lacked liquidity, unlike their derivatives market. The derivatives market seems to be fake and manipulated trading and somehow it appears that it's connected with Binance, so they are running some kind of massive scam which will be exposed one day. Anyways, when I was trading in the derivatives market, I had some success and some failures, when my margin was low the exchange actually liquidated my positions prematurely, which a lot of people complain about but it was close enough, so I don't hold anything against them on that. What I do hold against them is that after I had lost my account, I decided to fund my account account again, but didn't want to send dogecoin since it took so long so I sent litecoin, xrp, solana, and cardano at different times. The litecoin worked but it was really slow and the fees were really high, so I tried solana next, the solana transferred across but the fees made it not worth transferring, I transferred xrp several times, first couple of times the transfers were instantaneous and then XT changed something so any xrp that was sent never made it across. I decided to give it a couple more chances with cardano, first couple of times the cardano was received, and then the last time it never was. So I don't know what's really going on here, if they are stealing funds from underneath people or if they are not providing users with the correct deposit addresses, but either case either they are crooks or they are highly incompetent and should not be running a cryptocurrency exchange. I really wish my experience was better, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and gave them multiple chances. After this experience I have decided to only utilize coinbase, kraken, and crypto.com as my exchanges for most things because I've never had problems with any of those and I think they are actually running an honest business. I can't play games where crypto is going missing. Plus I read some of these other reviews and felt obligated to share my experience with them.

Scammers! The manipulate the price at selling order. I have the proof that the dip was nowhere else than this exchange! They are thieves

After I invested my entire savings with them I tried to cash out, their rude customer service which available on the app only,no phone number nor physical address or complaining department which according to their customer service is secret and the would lose their job if they reveal to their customers.anyway customer service told me that in order to cash out my money I need to deposit 15% of my own money ( new money) and they won’t deduct out of my xt balance.. they only gave me 3 days to come up with the 15% otherwise they will freeze my account and it would cost me more money to unfreeze it.. no one to complain to and convince that I really don’t have the 15% available on hand and to deduct it out of xt balance.. if anyone can advise me on how to get even my original money because I believe they’re a huge scam and they hire their scam artists to contact people to invest with their platform and not allow them to cash out until they give up and leave everything…

I bought a crypto,it literally glitched, said it went to .33, NAO never made it to .33, it did this right as I bought, said I paid .29 ATH. No doubt in my mind this exchange jumped the price as soon as I bought to rip me off, I'll never use it again.

I have deposited funds and bought SHIK coin few milions, suddenly I noticed that only $ 0.29 they left and rest they have stolen from my wallet. when I sent messages then they said I need to put same fund to withdraw my coin. Imagine what level theives and scammer they are.

Its unique in that it offers so many unheard of crypto coins, the problem with it is that the prices are wring half the time, when you try to sell something at market price, it sells at way lower than price what you are seeing, 30 seconds later it will catch up showing you what sold it for, links to support website are broken so there is no help. Something tells me that it wouldnt matter if the links worked anyway. The phone app is sketchy as hell as well, you could do better to find somewhere else to trust your money. I'm only out a hundred bucks but it was worth it to see how they operate before putting up a much larger stake.

I purchased Trac listed as Brc-20 held it for a good few months since the listing in around June when the made a big deal about listing new brc-20 tokens. As the price grew they decided that they would remove all trace of the Trac brc-20 token and change it to Trac origin erc-20 token. Support would not answer questions regarding this just telling me to wait for official announcement (never came). People saw what was going on and sold off at huge losses just to get out. I lost over $10k. I have never had anything like this happen on an exchange before. Please use at your own risk!!!

This is one of the best Centralized Exchange. I am doing trade for a long time there. It's very smooth and best experience i have.

Oh my God, the worst experience ever. So I deposited $1.5k to buy a coin before its MEXC launch. Not only I couldn't withdraw it, it had a "reviewing" thing which was endless. I had to convert to USDT to get a faster withdrawal with a $400 loss based on their unfair exchange rate. It was also being "reviewed". The support asked to wait for on-chain withdrawal? Literally, it had to be reviewed? None of the CEXes does that. Terrible scam.

Depositing cash into XT.COM might be a breeze, but try pulling out your assets, and suddenly it's a full-blown ordeal. It seems like they conveniently lock down the XT.COM mobile app the moment your funds stack up. Despite their empty promises and supposed communication attempts, they never deliver. Steer clear of these scam artists at XT.COM; engaging with them guarantees nothing but substantial losses.

This place is a ripoff I put money on here. Then as soon as I started making money. They wouldn’t let me withdraw. They told me I had to do advanced authorization and pay $1,000 to be verified. They said then I could withdraw so I did, after that I tried to withdraw again. Then they said to withdraw I had to upgrade to gold vip status. But that would cost me almost $2,000. And said I had 3 days to do it or they would deduct 30% a day in charges. Never did get my money out. This place it’s the worse site I’ve ever been on. Would advice this site to anyone.

Truely scammers! They frozen my account base on no reason and now they just ignoring me. Stay away from these scammers

Seems like the same syndicate running Kabaowu.com. Same company profile, headquarters even the profile paragraph is the same. They have frozen my account and I am unable to withdraw any of my principal. They will ask you to put in more money just to unfreeze your account or else it will get frozen permanently! I have deposited over USD 60k into their fake P2P exchange and I am unable to recover any of it. They will do anything so you cannot withdraw any of your funds.

It's just wrong to just remove balance on a delisting and then ask $100 for getting it back

They basically steal your money. I bought a coin and they decided to ' take it off the shelf' and kept its value. Emailed and spoke to support and they just said ' we will let you know if we include it again daylight robbery!! Stay away

Complete scam exchange, volume is entirely faked, and when you enter a large derivatives position on an alt. They will purposely turn off their wash trading bots and the price on their exchange will completely deviate from that of other exchanges to force you to lose money. Not even to a small degree, I'm talking 20-30% differences, utter scam, the crazy thing is how blatantly obvious they make it.

I requested a withdraw of 8000 dai which got delayed for 48 hours
I requested the reason through tickets but haven't got any response but to "wait" .
I told your support to cancel my withdraw so i can trade dai to eth and withdraw 5eth , did that and the withdraw got canceled automatically by you (again no reason)

Can you explain this behavior?
Is XT.com insolvent?
Will you withdraw my asset today or do i need to file a lawsuit (maybe a class action one)?

To anyone whose money is stuck here , take legal action and file a lawsuit against them , don't waste your time , if you look at this exchange wallets you can clearly see they are insolvent
