I bought a Pico Neo 4 from the XRshop, I was really pleased with the packaging. It arrived on time which is good. The VR headset is amazing, I am using it on Linux Fedora 43, with ALVR and WiVRn software. I play falcon bms. The quality is nothing like I ever seen. The headset is light and comfortable to wear, easy to remove, if you wear glasses, it will fit easily into the frame. Pico 4 is a great headset for gaming.

It's been lovely, ordered all the way to Roamnia and it took them 4 days to deliver, was packeged amazingly good and the prices were also very correct comparing multiple options

Twice they screwed me over
I gave XR Shop / them another chance to prove themselves, they are incapable of doing so. They are corrupt, incompetent, liars who can never be trusted. Pico UK branch is tight with them, I'm unsure If Pico head office is aware of all the questionable activity the two share & how poorly Pico's reputation suffers on their watch. XRShop has tried to scam me!
XRShop has tried to scam me but I was saved by Paypal protection.
There was an issue with my product and I tried to contact him. He was always taking too much time to reply, so I filed a dispute. He continued to delay the replies and saying that he would accept the return, but he deadline to escalate in Paypal was almost over and I decided to escalate to a case. That's when his story started to change. First he claimed that I was trying to return a product that he didn't sell. Then he claimed that I have damaged the product, but he only said this 10 days after receiving the returned product. Thankfully I saved all the e-mails and took pictures of all the contents just before packing them to return. So it was easy for Paypal to decide the case in my favor.

I was told that they deliver some products to maintain the legitimate facade, but 90% is not shipped. They just keep conning the person until it can no longer be disputed. A month after buying and still, no Shipment number was given. Sent several emails/chat messages with no answer at all. I´ve lost my money, don't lose yours
Worst Support
Worst service ever! all other shops already have the pico 4 in stock and at xrshop you can order them before they are released. To date I have not received my item. only a DHL link, which says that the package has not yet been handed over. You don't get an answer either.
Customer services ignores you
XR store are available to take your money, but customer service disappears when they need to process a refund. I’ve been waiting weeks without any response of where my refund is
Very bad service
Very bad service, I still don't understand how the Pico company works with such a store, if you value your money, don't buy there.
In addition to what everyone here writes, they simply ignore the fact that there are bad reviews and continue to do business as usual.
Vain promises, very poor service, and lack of response, I received a damaged Pico 4 and I demanded to return it and there was no response, it's been two weeks without a response.
I sold the pico 4 second-hand and lost on it.

I placed an order on October 19th and they took the money instantly; a couple days later I asked if everything was fine, they answered ONLY three days later just to say that the estimated delivery date was between the last week of October and the first of November.
At the end of October still no delivery, they took time blaming the shipment company.
At the end of the first week of November I asked to cancel the order and have a refund...they replied three day later saying they will refund me within 48 hours.
After 48 hours I had no refund so I asked for more information and they answered that the item was already assigned to the shipment company so the order couldn't be canceled.
Few hours later they generated a shipment label and now, five days later, they have not yet provided the item to the courier.
Bottom line...they're worst of the worst, scammers-like people.

Same as the other, device is marked as in stock but it's not. After 2 weeks I ask to cancel the order and received a cancel confirmation:
"Good morning,
Sorry for the delay in replying.
You will receive your refund within 48 hours.
Best regards.
"
And the day after they said it not possible to cancel:
"The Pico 4 (128GB) viewers are already assigned with the transport company and ready to be shipped when they are received at our facilities.
An order can only be cancelled by exercising the right of withdrawal and return when the product is received at home.
The forecast is to start shipping from this Thursday so that before the middle of next week, all customers will have the PICO4 at home.

Item marked as "In Stock" on the web when it´s not the case, long delays with no information, promises of delivery dates that are not upheld...
At least I had several replies from customer service, which seems to be better than for others.

Basically same story as for others - they literally don't respond to me for 2 weeks already. I paid over 500euro for something which I'm not sure I will even receive.
This is the first shop ever where they literally don't respond!!! Via email or via chat. .. It is dead.
Shop looks ok, done nicely, but after such experience - it is SCAM. Not real eshop for sure.
