The speed and helpful nature of the person helping me. Hard to come by anymore with companies actually having employees who ACTUALLY have a pulse. They asked what was wrong, gave suggestions on how to fix my issue, and responded in a timely manner. 10/10 Service!!!

Picked up a 7d2d server on the fly to play with a couple of mates. Easy setup. Had one issue that I had created, however customer service was closed at the time. They followed automatically when open, diagnosed & solved my issue& even answered my question(s) on the fly when I saw the chat. 5☆...way to totally not suck, be human & effective. Unlike the way to eat steak...continue to make things "well done".

All around a great experience

xREALM is great, had a couple of Servers already with them, worked without problems and if i needed to know something i was quickly helped from the support.
I like the new Player Manager in their Minecraft Server, they definitly cooked with that, makes things so much easier and more fun
Now i am back playing WoW but if i need another server again i will surely comeback.

Great registration and setup experience with a fair pricing. Our Terraria server runs very smoothly and provides a great time for me and my friends.

Been hosting my Dune Awakening server with Xrealm for a while now and honestly I am really happy with it so far. The control panel is super clean and easy to use. You can tweak settings, restart stuff, check performance, all without feeling lost in some complicated menu. It just makes running a community server way more chill and less stressful.

Huge shoutout to their Discord support as well. The team is crazy responsive and always friendly. Special thanks to Aevoa, who has helped us a lot. That kind of support honestly makes a massive difference when you are running an active server.

Performance has been solid too. No random crashes, no weird lag spikes, just smooth gameplay for our players.

We’ve been running a Minecraft Bedrock server on xREALM for my two children for nearly two years, and it’s been an amazing experience. We haven’t had a single problem. Whenever I needed help with mod setup or making the server playable for Java users as well, their support team was there right away and solved everything quickly. I can wholeheartedly recommend xREALM, especially for the quality of their support. Big love from our family!

We started Dune with one of the other providers. The game was having a known bug that prevented travel in the world map and when it was found the work around was a server wide reset the other service would not do it. I started looking around and found that xrealm would. We started over on Xrealm and have loved it. the price is competitive and the customer service is leaps and bounds better.

I have had a SCUM server for a bit of time, so far i have not had any issues with the host. Smooth connection and gameplay. I really recommend xRealm for server hosting.

Laggy Minecraft server that costed a lot

“Instant” setup not so instant. Instantly crashed, no support to fix. So many better choices out there. Website also shows fake reviews

Disgraceful service, ordered a truly private Dune Awakening server, their description was a private world server you will not see anyone else, this is a truly private server, £299 per month, was told it would take about 3 or 4 days to activate, and I would get my dashboard a few days later, the dashboard was different to other private servers, I,e you can spawn in items, Solaris and other things, you can add items to the in game auction house and also edit your inventory weight, once I actually got onto the server and created my character it was just a normal server, NO dashboard was offered, I always got the same answer, it would be ready in a few days, NOTHING was provided what they advertised, I gave it till the end of the month then cancelled, be VERY wary about Xrealm.

Honestly terrible service. I would implore anyone who’s even considering to rent a server with Xrealm to check out discord or elsewhere. Servers shut down with no notice or explanation. The customer service is behind woeful. It’s a bot to begin with then if you manage to get a person between the 2 hours a day they seem to work they have no idea why things don’t work or ping is bad all they can suggest is to restart your server. So basically best I can suggest is take the plug out and put it back in. Every day the last 4 days I’ve had this server it’s been off between 2-12 hours each day.

So, first time using xRealm; got a private server for Dune Awakening and first had one on a competitor. Terrible experience.

Then switched to xRealm. Had the same technical issue, getting very frustrated...and Florian and some devs at xRealm got it handled and fixed. Florian was very helpful, very professional, and it was beyond satisfying that he could solve the issue that had plagued me for 2+ weeks.

Highly recommend xRealm for private server hosting after this experience; worlds better than their competitors.

xREALM has been absolutely amazing. They’ve had the best ping and stability out of the other competitors. I currently have 1 Private Dune Server and co-run 1 Private Dune World. Our EU players on the private world have said it runs as smooth as butter. When ever we need something or help with our private world their amazing staff is always there to lend a hand. A+ customer service and support. They also have an amazing moderator always there to answer questions and concerns.
