Over the years I ordered many enlargements from Xpozer. They were always delivered promptly here in the U.K. and on average it would take a good week from ordering the print to receiving it.
My last order was quite the opposite experience. I ordered an enlargement on 02/02 only to be delivered today.
The issue I have on the whole is the lack of communication. Yes you do get an answer eventually with an explanation why the enlargement wasn’t delivered. The explanation went from issues with boxes to issues with the delivery company.
Try to call them? Mission impossible.
Quality of the enlargement is great and the Xpozer system is fantastic!. No complaints there but I will hold off ordering till they have sorted the issues.
Maybe some friendly advise? Make sure that the communication improves, especially over the phone and if you have issues for foreign orders put a message on your website.

Extremely disappointing, been over a month and still have not received my prints. They have placed blame on their delivery service who has now failed to deliver twice.
During this whole ordeal Customer Service has been extremely poor to work with. I have started emailing them daily at this point since they go up to 5 days with no response.
Customer service hasn't even show the tiniest bit of empathy, haven't even offered a lousy 5% off coupon for the troubles.
Additionally I would like to think this is a one time issue, but my brother in another state ordered at the same time and is having very similar issues and has not received his prints as well.
I recommend that xPozer figures out their customer service to respond to customers more quickly in the future. Its sad cause I like their other product but will be looking for other print services now.

This company can improve by stopping to send me daily unwanted spam mails. I've unsubscribed - without any success, I block every email from them in Outlook, and still they come through!
An awful experience with them spamming me continuously!

I have been using Xpozer frames for a while now and it has not disappointed me. The price is right for my big prints (biggest print being 40"X60" or 100cmX150cm). They are prompt in their shipping, proactive in communications.
Update: I find Xpozer system one of the best framing systems for large prints. My smallest print is 20"X30" (50cmX75cm) and largest is 40"X60" (100cmX150cm) and I have 11 frames between my house, my daughter's home and my son's home. Another 4 large prints are hanging in my friend's house.
Two tips for the other users based on my personal experience. 1) Make sure the aspect ratio matches the framing system of choice before uploading the image. 2) Because the prints are in matte finish which Xpozer states upfront, I found making images brighter and more saturated to compensate for the matte finish. The second tip was based on my images and may not be applicable to others. I do use Xpozer provided presets on my image, though.

Already my second print and again puzzled by the quality. The mountin on the wall is super easy.
But the most wonderfull is the surface of the printing, no refelections, and the Picture shines depending on the light around and this give the best out the picture

I bought a metallic print from a local artist that came with an X-pozer frame system. This is a nice product for displaying metallic prints, much more affordable than the local frame shop. When I accidentally broke a key plastic piece that snaps the whole thing in place, customer service was at first not that helpful. Then I posted a review on this site, and a company representative in Europe reached out to me and sent me a whole new frame. I appreciate their help in resolving this issue. In the future, it might be good to include 1-2 extras of this piece for we newbies who have mishaps the first time.

After a trip to Africe we ordered 3 large prints from Xpozer. Thay set in the living room for 2 years, but now I wanted to shange to different pictures from the same trip.
Just swapping the prints was easy (as promised), print quality was greeat (again) and I will definitely use Xpozer again (10 prints so far)
As previous times, excellent quality print of 120 by 60 cm, with speedy delivery.

Although I had a very difficult first order with Xpozer Europe, I do want to thank the support staff that helped me resolve the problems.
Not all of it was directly their fault, with most of it being caused by their international shipper Fedex.
My first order contained two prints and a frame. However one of the prints was damaged in transit and the frame I received in the second box was incorrect or faulty as there was no tension in the spring, so it didn't fit my 90x60 prints.
After sending pictures of the issue to Xpozer support, they sent a new frame and re-issued the print.
When the order arrived, it was the wrong print that was re-issued this time, but the frame was correct and working as intended.
Back to support again to get the correct print issued, which they apologized for and re-issued the correct one this time.
However, the address was not fully complete on this order that shipped and only had a partial post code, so the package spent a month traveling around Europe going through half a dozen countries before finally reaching me.
It took nearly two months to get my order complete from first ordering, but a lot of this was caused by Fedex.
I want to thank Ankriet @ Xpozer for dealing with all my issues and getting them resolved.
The Quality of the prints is really fantastic, but I do wish an alternative International Shipper was an option. You just need to look at the reviews of Fedex online to see how bad they really are.
