Very poor customer service and overcharging

The store in Riva Del Garda charged me for delivery despite their website stating that delivery is free of charge throughout Italy. In addition, the company failed to deliver on the agreed date and instead tried to deliver on a date that they had been told explicitly was not possible. The delivery firm BRT that they used also refused to delivery to the door and wants a signature for delivery without ascertaining that the goods were actually within the packet. The parcel seems much too light than the expected items. Very poor customer service. Not recommended in any way.
