XPO "service" SUCK!!

What went wrong?!? XPO sent one kid (a driver) to deliver a huge fridge at my work for our kitchen! This fridge is super big and heavy! One person can't do this job and put this fridge where we want it! On top of that, XPO did not even call my boss about the delivery time & day! DO NOT USE XPO because their "service" SUCK!!

Delivered efficiently and on time by Grish Babayan

A small Keter shed was delivered by Grish Babayan and his assistant. He rang when he was getting close, I opened my side gate and he took it round into the back and placed it where I asked. Very polite, friendly and efficient service.

My only minor snag was getting through to the person that had left me a message asking me to ring to arrange a delivery date. Rang out several times before I got through after a couple of days.

Delivery driver trying to scam me

I ordered a cast-iron stove through Tractor Supply and they had XPO Logistics handle the delivery. XPO called me to let me know it would be on Tuesday and there was no issues. My roommate was home and met the driver out in the street with a cart, the driver instructed him that if he wanted to use the lift gate on the truck that he needed to pay $50 extra, which is a SCAM! So, I called the XPO to find out why I needed to pay extra when I already paid Tractor Supply for shipping. Come to find out I had paid for the use of the drop gate already… it was the driver trying to scam us. Please be on the lookout for XPO drivers trying to pull a fast one on during their deliveries.

Don't know how they stay in business

Like most of reviews for XPO, I am having a VERY bad experience with this company. I purchased an electric wheel chair which was shipped from the east coast to Portland, Oregon. It was put on the wrong truck in Salt Lake City, Utah and was delayed by 3 days. It is now at their depot in Oregon, about 10 miles from my home, but will not be delivered to me for 2 to 4 days from now. I asked to pick it up at their depot but can't because it is in another truck going to their contracted delivery company which is about 40 miles from me. Does not make sense and is very inefficient. A projected 4 to 7 day delivery by the seller has now been 14 days and I still do not have the chair.

Worst delivery company ever

Worst delivery company ever. Guy said he couldn’t get down our driveway, despite every other delivery personnel being able to do so for the last 9 years I’ve lived here. Asked me to bring my truck down to load it on. Preceeeded to damage my tailgate and scratch my truck bed. Then said it was my fault it was damaged for letting him use it. Also no one ever answers the phone. Absolutely horrid company.

Reunite to cancel this company - terrible all around.

Just like many others, I have had a packaged scheduled to show up twice and it never showed because the package never arrive to the terminal. XPO hired 3rd party drivers which do whatever they want and XPO has no control over them, they are also 4 days behind. If you contact XPO via email, they are illiterate. If you call you get routed to the local XPO office which is not helpful. If you call other ones in your chain it is pretty much the same. The tracking system is terrible from the customer standpoint and doesn't tell you anything. I even went as far as finding the VP of customer service on LinkedIn and telling her to look at how terrible reviews are and that XPO is a terrible company to work with. This is one that people should get behind to cancel.

14 times my delivery time has changed…

14 times my delivery time has changed today and they were kind enough to say to Homebase that my order has been lost in transit whilst it was out for delivery with the local XPO driver.

I’d rate this courier company far less than Evri and we all know how terrible they are.

Ordered via Nisbit

Ordered via Nisbit. The transaction was seamless to the courier. I’ve got my update via e-Mail and text with the estimated delivery date. Delivery driver x2 called 15mins before arrival and delivered courteous and quick. My only criticism is the estimated time on the tracking site could have been more accurate. Otherwise I’m happy with the delivery.

I can’t even start to describe how…

I can’t even start to describe how brutal this company is. Parcel was delayed two weeks with so many excuses it was beyond funny. Example delayed at customs called customs confirmed it was clear. Parcel was too heavy to be delivered. I advised I would go get it. They said oh wait they have someone to deliver it said when they said didn’t know
Three weeks later schedule to ship they bumped it off so they could fit more parcel.

It has been four days

It has been four days, and the shipment still sits here on our loading dock. I have called XPO every day for three days and hear nothing but lies and excuses. "We will be there in 30 minutes," they say, and after 60 minutes I call back and am told the driver cannot make it. I call and remind them of our closing time and they say, "can you wait another 60 minutes?," and I agree: one hour goes by and I call back, they tell me "the driver is still 45 minutes away."

Try another freight company that may be less bad. XPO is certainly one of the worst.

Useless manager

I was a driver for XPO contracted to the nisbets contract at Chepstow site, job was advertised as a 2 man crew, if a drivers mate was off they wouldn't help and get ajancy in, they would expect you to go out with items over 180k in weight, the manager would risk people's license by saying that she has given permission for them to drive over there maximum driving time for that day and she would take it off on the computer when they got back!!! I advised that driver not to do that, she's risking your license. That driver has now been suspended due to driving without his card in.... Obviously the manager denied everything. I'd think twice about working there....I work there from January 2023 to March 2024

Terrible Tracking System SLOW

I ordered a riding lawn mower from Tractor Supply. The initial delivery date I received was March 19, 2024 then it went to the 21st, then it went to the 29th, then down to the 26th now it's back at the 29th. The tracking system is a joke and I still don't have my lawnmower

Would give zero if I could

Would give zero if I could. Ordered through Homebase so couldn’t avoid XPO logistics I had never about the before. So they sent my order out late 2 weeks over the expected time and now the order from Homebase (12 packs of laminate flooring and 8 lengths of trim and 3 packs of underlay) is no good and trying to return oh what a joke this is. So XPO only deliver in my area on a Friday and Saturday. So contacted on Tuesday the 12th of March couldn’t collect on the Fri 15th or sat 16th so booked in for the Fri 22nd March. My husband stayed in got a text saying driver will be with us for 12 thought great plenty of time for them to collect they didn’t turned up until 2:42 my husband was at the school picking up our daughter and I was at work. Then when I called XPO to complain and try and re book for asap the women I spoke to said no when we texting saying we will be there at 12 doesn’t mean that means we will arrive between 12-7 I said well you need to make that clear in the texts because that is not said at all. She then said we can book you in for Fri 29th March. Absolutely feed up by this point. I ask the lady can you not put me on a list for any cancellations tomorrow as it’s a collection. She she no we have no collections. How do you know that until you get one. Sorry but lost the will by this point told her not to bother and I will contact Homebase customer service well that was just as bad. But never again will I use a company that use XPO logistics as a courier. Waiting over two weeks of expected delivery date and now be waiting over two weeks for them to collect for the time I contacted them and these are bulky items.

Truly diabolical

Truly diabolical - I would say the left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing but in all honesty I think they are all down the pub laughing at the fact they cause misery to everyone who is forced to use their service - or complete and utter lack of . Worst company I have dealt with in 35 years but somehow they are still in business 😡
