Beware - Mugs Not Suitable for Use

Beware - their attractive souvenir mugs are not suitable for use. They are decorative only.

I didn't see the fine print on the mug's bottom - "Hand wash only - do not microwave" until I was back home and tried to remove the goo from the price tags. The goo didn't come off - but the design did. There's a design on the inside of the mug too, so drinking hot liquids from it might be imprudent.

Dishwashers and microwaves are normal in the kitchen. Dishware that can't withstand them is unsuitable for use.

I love my collection of souvenir mugs. Each morning I choose which visited place to drink my coffee from. Too bad I won't be able to select Alaska's Inside Passage. Thanks a bunch, Xplorer Maps.
