AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased this watch for my daughter’s Christmas present, came to set it up and activate the SIM, kept getting error messages to activate SIM and to contact the SIM provider (Xplora). However unable to get through to them, issue not resolved. £180 down the drain and one let down child.
Will chase you for money after you cancel the sub
Giving one star because after you ask to cancel your subscription, they will keep taking the payment. Cancelled via my bank as soon as I noticed, then they began emailing me asking for the "missing invoice". I politely reminded them I cancelled in September, the watch became unusable right away, so why should I pay them for a service I told them I no longer needed, they had confirmed would be cancelled, and they are no longer providing?
They haven't replied to any of my emails asking them to stop requesting the payment.
Avoid this company
I paid a lot of money, waited for a long time for delivery of a not-great product. Customer Service are ignoring my emails and I'm stuck in a 12 month contract paying for a service that I can't use.
Order not arrived- no explanation or support
Placed an order three weeks ago. Payment was taken from my bank, but no tracking information and no parcel. No response to queries either through the support form on the website or though social media. No phone number to call. Awful customer service. I will be asking for a refund.

I received a watch but was unable to register the sim card. No customer support number, and no response to the email. I am now returning my device to the seller. What a dissapointment and i hope they realise that having no customer service number is counter productive. It may be saving them some money, but they are losing out far more business with poor reviews and returned products.
No contract actually available despite what is advertised
Phone delivered for Christmas however unable to activate SIM as when I do it says product out of stock. I’ve paid for the watch with a 12 month contract and now it seems the contract is unavailable leaving me with a watch that can’t be used. The company have set up direct debit for the contract but not delivered the contract. Can’t phone the company or get hold of anyone.

Impossible to reach to Customer Support Service
we needed quick solution so that our kid could call you whenever in need, due to health reasons. We searched and decided on Xplora but due to November sales, it arrived late. We could not register both of us as guardians, asked HELP ! from Support team numerous times, Finally ended unpairing both of us, now the watch is useless cause no guardians can be registered without back to factory settings, Which ONLY be done VIA SUPPORT team!!!

The hardware works, but the firmware is simply awful. It stops working if there's no signal (for example, at school) for 4+ hours. Instead of constantly trying to connect (say, every 15 minutes), it simply stops trying and doesn't work until a reboot. The alarms repeat after a reboot, and so on. The quality of the product is so low you can't even imagine. But with faces, sounds, wallpapers, and a store... Seriously? People... This is a TRACKING device...
6 weeks since my order - money gone

Unfortunately, this is the third time I am writing to you about the above order that I would like to return.
I expect to receive an email suggesting that, due to it being close to Christmas, you are rushed off your feet and sorry for the delay.
However, having read some of your recent reviews, I don't think Christmas has anything to do with how bad your customer support is.
It seems to be an inherent problem with your company.
Anyway…. Rant over.
So, for the third time of asking, how can I return the above order?

The Xplora app is a dumspter fire. It is useless. I have just received messages from my 9 year old, but can I see them? No, the app decided I need to login again and reconfigure it all.
Hire a software engineer and grow up. What a disaster.
Sadly our experience has been awful
Sadly our experience has been awful! My son's account has been locked due to 'abnormal activity' despite the number he was calling being on his 'approved list'. His watch has now been locked, and we are unable to reactivate it, or call anyone to address our concerns. I'm extremely disappointed and would appreciate someone at least reaching out to us to address them. We now no longer have a way to communicate / track our son in any way shape or form.
Very poor product
Very poor product. As this was developed to help protect children, I would have expected better connectivity and accuracy. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and i have since switched to Garmin - much better.
Avoid This Company at All Costs
I bought the X6 Play watch and paid a lot of money for it. It worked fine for the first two months, and then the calls completely stopped working. Since then, the watch has been basically useless.
Customer service is terrible – they reply after weeks, and when they finally do, they don’t give any real solution. I can’t return the watch, and they don’t help at all. I’m honestly gutted and extremely frustrated.
This company feels like a scam. Do NOT buy from X6 Play. I’m now having to fight to get my money back.
Purchased a watch for my daughter
Purchased a watch for my daughter, paid for the SIM contract. The watch came, but couldn't be activated as they hadn't sent an email to activate the SIM card. I've reached out via their website, their chatbot, Instagram and Facebook, and they haven't responded. It's been 2 weeks. Facebook reviews all say the same. I wish I'd seen them sooner. A massive waste of money and I highly doubt I'll get my money back. Absolutely do not buy from this company. I've no idea why they're wasting such a big project.
Clumsy execution, bad connectivity
The concept is good but clumsily executed. The watch functionality is clunky and connectivity is patchy at best. I got sick and tired of not being able to connect calls to my daughter - it defeats the point. God forbid you want to cancel though; the process is wilfully awful. I am so disappointed and wish we had never signed up.
Watch stopped charging, no reply from support
Watch stopped charging - I followed the instructions re ensuring the charging cable and pins were clean, etc. but no fix. Submitted multiple requests via support email on their website - it should be under warranty. No reply to any of them. Awful, avoid.

The watch is okay, the experience is slightly clunky and could do with more polish, but the functionality is all there. The whole experience is let down by the support though. Its bad enough to make me consider a different solution completely.
